Could the uncensored video be shown to every teenager in Thailand as a start to showing them the impact of stupid driving? Might start the process of reducing such stupidity? Even if 1 new driver gets 1% more sensible... We had uncensored photos shown to us by the UK police as part of a basic motorcycling class at school when I was there. Pretty graphic. The copper who took the class was spouting on about being defensive and careful, saying we'd likely die whilst the car had a small dent. It had an effect on most of us.

Might have been planned maintenance, a fault within the control of EGAT or an unexpected fault, e.g. someone dug up a cable. As folks are saying, not likely under capacity leading to a trip (too many air con), but it could have been under capacity as part of the network was isolated for maintenance. Just mentioning possibilities, I have no inside track.

Even so, I doubt that this temperature, with or without wind chill, would kill an otherwise healthy person. Might contribute of course.

Seems more political than fact-based? I heard part of a Trump interview on the radio where Trump says that he believes the changes are as a result of pressure from Trump. But of course it might be fact-based too. I have not yet seen any evidence of that though.
