  1. Oh, I know! Get Mush to use his tesla trucks as tanks. Surely there must be enough plugs in the battlefield to keep them charged?
  2. Lose 50% of the management and that'll save enough to enable keeping the licence fee where it is, or reduce for poorer people. Get rid of the DEI 💩 and that'll save a bunch more.
  3. A hypocritical politician? Never heard of such a thing!
  4. Hope she recovers quickly and treats her rescuers to lunch.
  5. I can't get my brain round what anyone gets from watching someone doing a 💩.
  6. I've been told that the Philippines has seen an uptick in drug-related crime since Duterte quit, and that his successor might be profiting from this. Also, Sara Duterte has fallen out with Marcos so this might be as much about politics than anything tangible. Someone being arrested for a crime, but actually it's political motivated. Can't believe it! Would never happen anywhere else?
  7. Done a bit of research - I decided I don't entirely blame France; it's a wider European Union issue. https://www.statista.com/statistics/1095022/immigrants-arrived-by-sea-and-by-land-in-europe-by-country-of-arrival/ Seems most migrants are landing in southern Europe, with some traveling through numerous countries to get to France. But saying that, the illegal entries to the UK are mostly from France, so France should sort it out with their Euro Union friends.
  8. Maybe an environmentally friendly plastic bag? 😆 Or maybe his agreement to spill the beans, hence the 'suicide'. Who knows.
  9. I hope he is fully off his drugs and completely lucid the they chop his knackers off.
  10. There are small radars on the market that can easily detect drones. They don't need to be mounted on the walls so no impact on the Grade II listed status.
  11. Agree. If Europe wants to protest their human rights then they should keep everyone who might come across on a boat, and any that make must get sent immediately back to France.
  12. The Police would probably be told to clamp down on that long before the gay stuff.
  13. Yup. Where I live in China just now is very much at risk if I break the law. So I simply don't. I do not understand why anyone would think or hope it'd be different in the USA, that's literally stupid. That said, if someone supported a Palestinian? I can't see how that would break the law unless that Palestinian was part of a proscribed terrorist organisation. Here in China I saw a pro-Palestinian protest; the police let that protest happen without any intervention.
  14. What a massive waste of time and money. I don't blame the police though; politicians set the agenda that the senior police officers have to follow. Well done the CPS for dumping the case so quickly. I also find it sad that the police are getting sued, seems like an attention-seeking, money-grabbing act. Best she spends her time campaigning against the stupid wokisim and whichever political party backs it.
  15. I guess he's entitled to go down the legal route. Will be a test of Labour's promises to stop pointless legal action. Not a single penny of tax payer money should be spent on such action though, and if they lose then they must pay all legal costs. Far better there's work to allay concerns and mitigate issues than delaying tactics.
  16. I know some Filipinos who have very strong positive views on the Duterte era, and how under Marcos drugs & corruption have made a very strong come back. One has a cousin who was a drug dealer. He got picked up by the Duterte police one night, told to never deal drugs again or face certain death within the next 3 days. He did the smart thing and immediately quit. He's still alive. Find and kill all the dealers using these people who are tested-positive as a route to them. Don't care if they are Thai or foreigner.
  17. You had the choice and you didn't. Shame on you.
  18. Yeah! Wouldn't be surprised if the loser figure is more than 95% I used to look after the 2 fruit machines (slots) for a Club, and we set them to the best payout possible (90%). The legal minimum was around 70%. We netted nearly £90k a year, meaning close to £900k was being gambled per year by our punters. This was over 30 years ago. Those machines funded our entire operation meaning we could charge less for beer and snacks. We used to also subsidise trips to the theatre or sports events off of our profits. I've been to casinos in Missouri, London, Vegas and Macau. Have enjoyed myself every time. In the US I set a $200 loss limit (is what I could afford to lose). In maybe 6 trips I've triggered that stop point a couple of times, but I'm still down, probably not by that much, my last Vegas trip I did okay on blackjack. In London it was a £200 limit split between my ex and me. She lost all of her £100, I won £100 which meant we stayed even on the night. Macau is a whole level of craziness. Last time I looked their takings are 5 times that of Vegas. I've never seen the level of gambling in Vegas that I do in Macau. I'm not brave enough to sit in on a table & gamble. I try my luck on some the sic bo machines (a dice game, $20 HKD, 2GBP a go). Each time I play golf in Macau I go to a casino afterwards for some isotonic fluid replacement (Beer). The only gamble I do is $100 HK Dollars on the day of my birthday on roulette. In maybe 15 times there I've won 3 times, meaning I'm well up. The point of this? I understand gambling and would probably visit a Thai casino a few times, but I'd not be a big spender. So maybe I'm not their target audience. If the B50M limit is in then I can't visit, so they miss out. I don't know the odds on whether that matters or not; it should do as there'll be plenty of people like me who can't go.
  19. Maybe he had too many viagra, his 'thing' got really hard really quickly and it pogo-sticked him into the noose? No way this is a fantasy of course... 🙈
  20. He's lucky the locals didn't get their own machete to deal out their own justice.
