Community Swedish Man Found Dead in Patong Hotel Room
black tabby12345 replied to Georgealbert's topic in Phuket News
More than a decade ago, I have read a book written by one foreign traveler. And it got some paranormal story. In the room of cheap guesthouse in BKK, one western man died of drug overdose. After that, their workers started to say they saw his ghost. So the operator called a priest for exorcism(after which the ghost witness ended). And he did it not to lose his workers(might quit for the fear of restless spirit haunts the property). -
They have something in common: Groundlessly claiming someone else's land "Mine". Referring to DT's remark in Greenland and Panama(canal). Encouraging Ukraine to give up Crimea and their eastern regions(similar to Nazi-Starlin pact came with the agreement of joint invasion of Poland. As well as the endorsement of Stalin's invasion Finland).

Extension (retirement) rules change?
black tabby12345 replied to DanChang's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Hi, I did my non-O extension 12 times in CNX by now. But have never been told to attach 90-day report receipt copy until this year. About a decade ago(when the immigration office was in Promenade), I once attached it to the documents. And the man in uniform said it is needless. -

80% of the army rookie drug addicted? Holy *hit. Better disarm them immediately? Machineguns and grenades, too far too dangerous in the hands of the junkies. -

Most common narcotic in Thailand? Often said many young women are into it as the Weight Loss Pill. -
Makes a good sense when Change For The Worse is taking place one after another, because of the man in White House(and his closest "advisor"). So many people(famers, business operators, workers) have to worry about their losing their livelihood. As well as their government itself is heading for outage. And America's best and brightest are forced to go elsewhere. Stock markets lost trillions of dollars. Consumers now have to worry about scarcity of daily commodities.

Just another day. Just another announcement(without any follow up news). Makes a perfect sense if we are here long enough... -

Extension (retirement) rules change?

Looks like nothing really changed. Just before extension, the passbook needs to be updated(as anytime). I did mine in Chiang Mai late last month. The only "Change" was, the requirements to attach the copy of 90-day report receipt. That's all. No new papers to be submitted for that purpose.
