Thai Electric Cables Mostly Fail Global Safety Standards
black tabby12345 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Thank you for another post. -
Israeli athletes attacked while in Germany. Recurrence of the Black September in 1972... That is why I cannot be always 100% sympathetic with those Arabs even while their people are suffering back home. Attacking the unarmed with the deadly forces in the 3rd country(not involved in the confect) is Bad Enough..

In some countries, it is illegal for people to beg money. But is is OK here. Is it fundamentally an influence from ancient India? In India, there are people called Vocational Beggars(doing that for generations). And Thai Buddhism has been historically affected by Hinduism as well(e.g.4-faced Buddha statue, Songkhram festival in April). Apart from the interactions between this kingdom and India, the act of begging also has legal backing in USA. On the ground of Freedom of Speech(their constitution's 1st Amendment)...

Minister Akanat's call for heightened regulatory enforcement and quality assurance highlights an urgent need to align local products with global safety measures. ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー What an Tall Order. Without systematic Quality Control is in place, Quality Assurance is just the matter of Impossibility. Who the hell can ever enforce it? In case of the foreign multinational business here, there are people(sent from the home country) to monitor the quality of their merchandises, but probably not in case of the 100 % local factories. In the land of Fake Goods, they can copy the appearance of the products. But that's the extent of their reach... -

It must have been literary One Way Trip. SGP is extremely strict on Drug Traffickers. Even after they abolished death penalty for narcotic smugglers, the offenders will still face life imprisonment(some chance of parole after doing 20 years though). penalty for drug trafficking in singapore - Google Search -
This grisly attack has raised serious questions about security measures within the facility. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Contrary to what the article writer mentioned, it doesn't really surprise me. Even in the first world, violence can erupt behind bars among the rival criminal gangs. As well as a result of the feud between individuals. And inmates well know about security cameras' blind spots. And generally, criminal offenders are often known to have much lesser stress resistance than those outside the wall. So why it cannot happen here?

I have been here for the past 19 years in the way what they now call 'Fire'. Enjoying every day's usual event. Going to the local market for grocery shopping. Cooking breakfast after daily exercise. Quietly enjoying Thai cultures through the communication with the locals. Photographing things that caught my attention. Trimming the trees in landlord's garden and feeding their rabbit. As well as stray cats and dogs. Occasionally handing out food and other daily commodities to the homeless...

Running Out Of Money. Need Advice.

If he has little money left in his pocket/bank account, he had better ask US embassy for help. They have emergency loan scheme to their citizens while overseas in some cases. Or simply request his repatriation home. One American man I knew(in his 70s) went home this way. In his case, the cause was his dementia though. Because of his inability to look after himself, the hospital staff he was admitted in, contacted their State Department. does us embassy have any emergency loan scheme to their citizens while overseas? - Google Search -

Little had I expected this kingdom exports prostitutes to the hell on earth as well. While quite a few Thai women are known to serve as sex workers in the 1st world. Better select the workplace for their life...
