Never a problem with a refund on a COD, and it is in my wallet, since it shows in my Shopee profile. The issue is to get it moved to my bank account

I actually never use it, but was forced to have an account, because COD payments on Shopee get refunded through Shopee Pay. Therefore, they were very well aware that it wasn't possible anymore, and should have informed me, and offered a different option for the refund.

As per post#3 in this thread, I was able to get it translated and filled in, but the webform doesn't work. Each time you submit, you get the message to fill in again, so it doesn't get sent to the company. Reason for this is that blocked account can't be reactivated, since they are blocked on purpose for every foreigner

Identify it and redirect it to their own projects

The problem with COD is that eventual refunds go to your wallet, which is your banned Shopee Pay account, and means you will have to jump through hoops withdrawing it

Did they notify by email? If so they must have missed me, and Shopee support also didn't seem to know about, as I wasted several hours with them, trying all their suggestions to get the account unbanned

Where is your source link that worldwide taxation is already enforced? I ASSume it is the same link that shows that return filings will be linked to extension renewals, about which you already made probably 100 claims, and which are nothing more than false claims

The webform doesn't work. As soon as you press submit you get the message " fill in the form again" Their call center also doesn't work, either in Thai or English, since I let a Thai person call them, and if they press the number for the relevant department, nothing happens and the voice message just keeps going. At the end it says, you didn't press a number, and repeats. I have spent at least 1 hour on phone credit calling Shopee call center, and they have given me wrong information after wrong information. They are as useful as a chocolate teapot. At the end they gave me an email address, which I messaged, and then they sent me the email with a link to request transfer to my bank account. I had to upload copy of passport and copy of bankbook. They say it can take 30 days to receive the money. Since Shopee Pay is a company providing financial services, I'm sure they have to comply with rules set by the BoT, and that banning an account with funds inside, without prior notice, is against some of those rules.
