Been in GO once, and that will probably also be the last time. Notice jagota runs the meat and cheese counter, which means overpriced for the very same thing. This was actually confirmed to me by a Jagota staff member at Big C Xtra, when I asked why there were burgers at 2 different prices.(more than 50% different) I was told one version is from Big C and the other from Jagota. My next question was, so they are different meat quality, to which the answer was, no same meat but different companies. I notice Jagota was active at Makro also for a very short stint in the charcuterie department, because it is now Siam foods.

In the past month I have ordered quite some replacement parts for my car on both platforms. Some of those parts cost several thousand baht, and in that case I add a message to my order that I require an invoice for tax purposes, but of course also for warranty purposes. Those parts come with a 1 year warranty, but in fact you don't know the seller, other than by their username on the platform. No company name, address or even a phone number, so if there is an issue within the year where do you claim? Shopee or Lazada will take no responsibility beyond the 3 or 7 days you have to return faulty goods. So last month I order a steering rack on Shopee, and inform the seller of my requirements, to which he agrees. Of course no invoice included on delivery. Start contacting the seller who plainly refuses to issue an invoice. After some days, contacting Shopee many times, they succeed in getting the seller issue an invoice, after which he blocks me right away. Few days ago order a pair of wheel bearings from a seller on Shopee, and in the listing is clearly mentioned, includes warranty card. Again I inform the seller that I expect warranty card and invoice, but he says they don't issue warranty cards, and he doesn't even bother to answer about the invoice. The wheel bearings are from GSP brand, and they carry a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer, and warranty card with serial number is inserted in the product packing, as I know from earlier orders from the GSP brand. So why would the seller even go to the extent of removing the warranty card? I discovered the same seller on Lazada, and there a buyer posted a review, with picture evidence, that he actually sends out recycled products, so that explains it of course. Anyway I cancelled the order and ordered the same bearings from a different seller on Lazada. Informed the seller of my requirements, to which he agreed. Order arrives, with warranty card included, but again no invoice. Contacted the seller a few times in the past 48 hours, but no response to messages. Contacted Lazada and they say I can return the goods, but that is no solution. I ordered and paid for goods, and expect a tax invoice, otherwise I can continue wasting time ordering from different sellers and returning. Of course the reason they don't want to issue an invoice is that they don't pay taxes on their profits, but isn't it the platform's obligation that all duties are paid on the articles sold on their platform? So, what is my next option to secure that I have an invoice, and a known seller address in case i need warranty? BTW : All orders are from Thailand based sellers.

When forms have the name of the immigration printed on it, as is the case with this and the one in the OP, that is the biggest indication that it hasn't been issued by the immigration head office but by someone who makes up his own rules. Name of the immigration office a;ways has to be filled in on the document, because immigration office not gonna issue 80 different documents for each specific office.
