In CHINA, its a fact that the judicial system is politically bias and you cannot get a fair trial. All court judges are appointed by the government and thus have a strong political bias, not to mention the leaders of the local police force who also have a explicit and extreme political affiliation. while they pretend to have checks and balances in place but the actual fact is they are put in absolute control for 4 to 8 years, and in the most senior members of the court system are appointed for life depending political party they belong to, with no checks or responsibility for fairness in the system. now reread and replace China with USA!
