  1. What are you actually arguing about here? You seem to be arguing just for the sake of it.
  2. What if we were having this exact same conversation in person and I took umbrage to your tone? Would it be okay if I administered a beating to you? That's what you are suggesting here, isn't it?
  3. So I don't understand your point. This is a tourist on Phuket, rather than "someone who has been there any length of time". Should he know that they are on a hair trigger?
  4. Can you explain 'white knight syndrome' in the context of what you have written? It make no sense at all.
  5. The provocation is the scam being perpetrated. Would that not be the 'trigger point' for the tourist to exclaim verbally? Does that make it okay for him to be attacked after being scammed in the first place? Too many foreigners who have gone 'native' here.
  6. Some strange story with regard to it being okay for 'Win' to beat someone unconscious because a prostitute claimed that her 'john' didn't pay. Sounds like a 'pimp' talking. I also have seen it the other way around, where the girls scam their customers and then make a big noise in the street to embarrass them and attract the attention of the locals in order to intimidate. Then jump on to the nearest Win rider and off she goes. Saw it happen to an Indian man outside a 7-11. He was saying " but you didn't provide me any service". She obviously tricked him into handing her some money to go into the 7-11 and was waiting outside for his change. She came out and short changed him. When he asked about the rest, that's when she started screaming. So what if such a person got beaten unconscious due to a scamming whore? Okay with @OneMoreFarang?
  7. Do you imagine that your local 'teckie' will have these tools at hand?
  8. A stupid comment, but not for the reason you might imagine. Brits don't buy Bertolli 😊 An Italian sounding name 😊 but they have suppliers in Italy, Spain, Greece, Tunisia, Portugal, Argentina, Chile, Peru... A lot of the cheaper Extra Virgin in the U.K. comes from Spain. Used for general purpose and low temperature cooking. Not difficult to find single estate/region oils in the U.K. and it's not unknown for some to pop over to Sardinia to stock up on some fresh Bosana and Noccelara Extra Virgin direct from the farm. As an aside, Big C Extra were knocking these out for 78 baht the other day: https://www.bigc.co.th/en/product/costa-d-oro-vitapiu-5-oils-1-l.3876860 Picked some up to use in fresh seasonings and vegetables stored in oil, such as sliced mushrooms etc.
  9. Unless he is experienced with Surface devices, I would default to someone who has experience or just do it yourself, carefully.
  10. https://www.facebook.com/TrueitComputers/ or do it yourself. From your previous thread...

  12. You can use any remote control. https://www.lazada.co.th/products/uuwireless-keyboard-mini-wireless-keyboard-24-ghz-touch-pad-for-android-windows-tv-box-smart-phone-i8-i4460733884-s17967814423.html
  13. Steal.... or disarm? I didn't believe the one-sided narrative for a minute. Sped past...offered a bribe... All this faux outrage.
  14. All just really long winded nonsense. Nudging out? If he was nudging out, wouldn't the bike have hit the FRONT side of the car? He hit the back door. That tells me the car pulled out without due care and attention. Stop making excuses.
  15. I'd say this pile of claptrap devalues yours
  16. A drunken 'witness' 😊 that claims the bike rider 'froze' when someone crossed his path. I guess he thought it was the rider's 'fault' for not learning counter steering...
  17. I didn't state "the women in such places". I stated "no one".
  18. You are supposed to both check your mirrors and to look before pulling out. Seems a few here are desperate to try to blame the motorcyclist for something...anything.
  19. That's to where the car was moved, rather than where it happened. There are no red and white markings outside the 7-11. Plus the 7-11 has it's own parking around the back.
  20. THE problem? So was the Brit illegally parked? I see ONE parked car in the picture and I don't see a red and white KERB outside the 7-11. Another one fabricating unlikely scenarios to fit their solution? Driver pulled out into someone's path. Of that there is little doubt. Perhaps that's why @SAFETY FIRST has not come back with the explanation of how it was the fault of the bike rider and why the car driver was silent as to the cause of the accident and why he ended up at the police station.
  21. Try again. Look at the picture and how close they are from the 7-11. Perhaps less than 50 metres. The claim is that he pulled out from parking at the 7-11. So how many lanes do you think he can change in that distance? The evidence shows that he was at an angle on the way to pulling out. Your scenario does not fit with the evidence.
  22. Please shows us any video of a motorbike travelling sideways 😊 You are being silly now. It's already been stated that the car was parked and pulling out. Are you stating that the motorcycle deliberately turned left into the car? 😊 The car pulled out into his path.
  23. The bike is not travelling sideways 😊 The bike is going forward. For it to impact the back door with force, the car had to be at an angle.
  24. You seem to be looking for a problem to fit your solution. Side to side? What is that? 😊 Explain how that works. There's a whack in the back door with the bike redirected alongside afterwards, where he lost control. That can happen when someone pulls out in front of someone from a parked position. Hit the side and be redirected if on a bike.
  25. How so? Pulling out from being parked and moving into someone's path is still pulling out in front of them is it not? Not saying that is what happened, I just don't understand your reasoning. Perhaps the bike was in his blind spot when he was pulling out.
