I am currently in one of the most famous tourist spots in the world for a few days (I had no choice) and the things I have seen have truly shocked me. This place has always been notorious for red light activity, but this high season is taking things to a whole new level. It's absololute madness what's going on. Chaos, carnage, debauchery and pure hedonism. Women (and men) of all races, colours, creeds, faiths etc are lining the streets brassing themselves off, day and night... The place is also full of absolute numpties, no wonder these Security guards end up decking farangs left right and centre when they behave the way they do. I had a chat with one the other night and he was a pleasant character with me, then 5 minutes later he had some shirtless farang lunatic in a headlock.. If you know what/where I'm talking about then you know!! No prizes for guessing wrong....
