So based on your report that this affects existing Elite visa holders, does that mean that they will be checked and if found to have a criminal record their visa will be revoked, not sure that this is true and if it takes 45 days to complete will they recheck every time the visa is renewed, this will be an admin nightmare and not likely to happen
