Make you right there bud. There are quite a few like that on the forum. Although one of the worst offenders has gone back to the joke section. I think the tide is gradually turning. There is now doubt, where once there was certainty. There is now, not so much automatic belief in MSM narratives as once there was. TBH, I'm not bothered what side of the fence someone sits; on any subject. Or even on it. But I prefer debate, rather than reading insults. And, if I may, I'd like to say why. Very few, if any, posters agree with my position. Many agree with big bits of it. Some even a little. Some none. That's OK. I'm the same with them. Even high rankers like McCullough and Coleman. and big hitters like Kennedy, I have only partly common ground with. In another life - and not so long ago - I had suspension after suspension on TV/AN, for saying what I say now. 14 holidays in all. Now I'm here again, saying my bit. The times, they are a'changing.

If you have had the jab and are not feeling 100%, what can be done? Well firstly, as Tom Cowan says, one has to get together a story. It is the past that influenced the present, and it's both the past, and present that will influence the future. But getting to the actual meat in the pudding; what can be done? Just off the top of me head this; as most of my posts are. So, I'll not be googling at all. Although I'd advise anyone really interested to do their homework. Sugar intake. == Stop!! No sweet cakes. No fizzy drinks. No stuff like crisps and cookies. Fruit drinks?! Make yer own. Sweeten them with a little pure, natural honey. Carbs. == Keep to a minimum. Difficult one this. A little rice from a known source is OK. But buy a pack of white rice from a supermarket; no way! If the history is unknown; stay away. Vegetable intake. == Eat as wide a range of vegetables, that you can guarantee their natural origins, as possible. Half a dozen different veggies a day; and a dozen in a week, if at all possible. Fruit. == Eat only fruit that is both, in-season, and from a known natural origin. Stay away from out-of-season fruits in supermarkets. Eggs. == Eat then regularly. Great source of nutrients. Poach them. Boil them. Eat them raw? Keep them out of the frying pan. However, most people couldn't tell the difference between an egg laid yesterday, and one 3 months old. And would that even matter? Know your source. Research! Meats. == Get to know where the farmers observing good practices are. In the west, join a group that buys meat direct from a farmer. If the farmer injects his animals with hormones, vitamins, etc; move on. Cooking. == Don't over cook. Use natural oils. Don't have oil temperatures too high. Steaming is far better for most vegetables. Drinking. == All sorts of special water out there. Stay clear of tap water. Some water is said to help detoxing. Research needed. Environment. == Stay away from EMFs AMAP. If the router is in the bedroom; turn it off at night. Toxicity is everywhere. If you can smell it; it's in the air. Get with nature AMAP. If a walk in the park is your thing, kick off yer shoes. Get into the sun. Don't get burnt. Sleep. == It goes without saying that getting enough sleep is essential. But!! Sleep should be regular, comfortable and restful. Tons of research on this. Fasting. == Although difficult for many to do, it has been shown that fasting is beneficial for the body. Because basically, it encourages the body, the gut especially, to cleanse itself and to seek out what it needs, cause there aint no food coming in. If one fasts, drink plenty of clean water. Eating. == IMO, there is simply too much eating going on. What I suggest; small meal 2 hours, after waking (say 9/10sh). Main meal 5/6 hours later. Only drinks after that. Alcohol. == It might make yer feel great. It might get rid of the blues. Might even give courage to face the wife when arriving home intoxicated. But the body sees it as poison. Now is the time to stop. Fags. == Better not to, IMO. General outlook. == Easy to say this; but!! Try to have a positive outlook on your particular life. It you have had 'boosters' and are not feeling that great. Think 'I will be better soon', rather than 'I'm going to die'. The way to the body it through the mind. Tons of research on this. I'm not one for promoting anything (droxy & mectin etc) that will lessen symptoms of body detoxification. Some will occur for sure, if the above points are taken on board. After ll, the aim is to aid the body in ridding itself of undesirables. Of course, if one feels unwell; go see a medical expert.

Bird Flu Vaccines: Progress or Just More Panic?
Stiddle Mump replied to Red Phoenix's topic in Covid/Vaccine
Copy; paste. Copy; paste. Copy; paste. And then; even more Copy; paste. Why not put forward some kind of discussion point John bud? No?! OK! I'll start one: 'There is no such thing as Asian Bird Flu.' Let's have it, in your words, why you may, or my not, agree. Perhaps then a meaningful debate is possible. And, by the way, I don't agree with the learned Dr McCullough on most of what he says. -
Plenty of words there bud. But precious litle in the way of content. Unlike Richard, who, although I don't agree with on most things, at least puts forward an argument; along with silly-billy remarks just like you. Here is some good reading for you bud: The poison needle. ++ Eleanor McBean. Anyone who tells you vaccines are safe and effective is lying. ++ Vernon Coleman. Virus Mania. ++ Sam and Mark Bailey. Can you catch a cold? ++ Daniel Roytas. What really makes you ill? ++ Dawn Lester and David Parker Plenty there to start your vaccine education bud.

McBean's book is a gem. She certainly spells it out in common sense terms. Other books to consider. What really makes you ill. ---David Parker & Dawn Lester. Virus Mania. -- Sam & Mark Bailey. Can you cat a cold? -- Daniel Roytas. There are quite a few posters on AN, that simply will not do research, if it doesn't fit their narrow narrative. But instead resort to silly insults and statements. I've had a few. Still here. Truth can take any criticism. Nature has the answers we seek.

Opinion Russian Teacher to Thais: Drop ‘Farang’ if 'Ni Hao' Offends
Stiddle Mump replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I was referred to as a 'long leg alien' once. Hurt my feeling big-time. I confronted her. She said she didn't like me clapping when I wanted a cup of Rosy. So I agreed to stop. Just a whistle does the trick now. The two worst four-letter words we could be called are 'dead' and 'lazy'. Though not necessarily in that order. -
More attempts at humour there GambOOler Sir. However, you do raise an interesting point. Where does one obtain hidden, sensitive information? As transmission goes - in the way we understand it to be - there have been hundreds of studies down the decades. Many during the period 1918 -- 1930. And most of these were carried out by the military medical establishments. They were very well documented, but not put onto the www (for obvious reasons). So one has to go to the library archives, get out the files, and start reading. It is not always as easy as simply searching for them on the www. Indeed no! Some that are on the www, are not available for 'unauthorised' viewing. And special clearances are often required. FOIs come in handy here.

So be it Richard bud. If I can't educate you!! Well never mind, keep reading the CDC and NIH's handbook. I'll tell you what it's like with viruses. In a game of football, a player is tackled, and is injured. The ref sees that it was Jimmy Smith who did the bad tackle. The ref is reluctant to address the issue. The players crowd the ref and insist it was the dastardly, notorious Chopper Munroe. It is pointed out that Chopper is on the bench. The ref is unmoved however. So he gets the red card. Once the card is issued there is no need to look any further for the bad tackler. From then on, all bad tackles are attributed to Chopper. Any dissenting voices are ignored. After the match someone asks the ref why he gave Chopper Munroe the card, when he wasn't even playing, and everyone knew it was Jimmy Smith. ''I am the authority out there. Chopper's sister refused me sex once. And Jimmy Smith's dad is my wife's boss at work.'' And that's about it. Rather than seek the truth, the unscientific, compromised white-coats cling onto their wage packets, and point the finger at something that has no basis in science.

Cell Culture: Enders never isolated any virus. He did a control, and got the same result. (Read the paper Richard). Virus Detection: A virus cannot be detected in a computer or by a PCR test. Genetic Analysis: It is the same challenge now, as it was back in 1950s. Can't find the elusive, pathogenic virus. No evidence of a virus. No virus = no need for vaccines.

Wow! You certainly hit hard there Will. What causes illness is beyond the scope of this thread. Although some essays are free to read on TT. I'll not go through the whole list, but if I may, take the first three. ++ You posted: Polio – caused by the poliovirus. ++ My take; polio is caused by chemical toxicity. When the widespread use of the chemical DDT stopped, the incidence of polio dropped dramatically. The jab came along and cases rose. ++ You posted: Measles – caused by the measles virus (a paramyxovirus). ++ My take; measles is one of a dozen, or so, similar sets of symptoms. Mostly driven, IMO, by poor diet. Too much sugar, too much food preservative, colouring etc. And also medical interventions. That is the measles jab, and other medications. ++ You posted: flu – (Influenza) – caused by influenza viruses (A, B, C, D). ++ My take; influenza is a natural body function. IMO, triggered by a drop in moisture in the air. Although others say - Dr Daniel Roytas - it is a change in internal mucus membrane PH. There are others that point to a prolonged drop in temperature. Nature has the answers we seek Will.
