Happiness is an emotion. It tends to last a few hours at most. But you can do things to bring it back daily - music, movies, exercise, patting a dog, joking with people, nice food. It won't just turn up by itself.

Chang has little traffic. Actually the best way to explore the island. Best way to explore Phuket and Samui too. Best way to explore most cities too.
