Life is boring
I'm glad you mentioned that @save the frogs There is good reason why I do not pay for companionship. Because I accept what I think could be my faults and work to improve them, I can connect with people on a deeper level than the ones who choose to fool themselves. That way you have relationships based on deeper ties than those who use money. You cannot buy that with money.

Life is boring
@save the frogs You just look at the surface. You didn't understand what was really going on. No depth. There was someone who was just playing the fool. But he is best ignored.

Is linux easy to adapt to compared to MS
With respect @cme You don't appear to understand what you are writing. The BIOS has literally nothing to do with it. Nothing at all. In addition, I think that you misunderstood the advice to fit an SSD. Allow me to explain. Many people will remember the experience of Windows Updates on a PC with a HDD. Often they could not even use the device properly whilst updates were taking place. Large updates could take an age. You had to go off and make yourself a cup of tea and a few biscuits. With a solid state drive, updates are installed quickly and don't cause much disturbance. This will be a boon for the OP. Briefly getting back to your assertion that the problem is the BIOS. Do you know what BIOS actually means? Basic Input/Output System. That has literally nothing to do with why some devices are deemed to be incompatible(even when they are perfectly able to install Windows 11). Processor 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor or System on a Chip (SoC). RAM 4 gigabytes (GB) Storage 64 GB or larger storage device. See More information on storage space to keep Windows 11 up-to-date for more details. System firmware UEFI, Secure Boot capable. Check here for information on how your PC might be able to meet this requirement. TPM Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0. Check here for instructions on how your PC might be enabled to meet this requirement. Graphics card Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver. Display High definition (720p) display that is greater than 9” diagonally, 8 bits per color channel. As you can see, BIOS is not even mentioned. UEFI is. But, the assertion of security features you mention is just a red herring. Windows 10 actually has the same ability to bond with TPM 2.0, but it is optional. With Windows 11, the design is meant to lock you into their subscription services. Instead of your data staying on your PC, it is automatically uploaded into OneDrive and removed from your PC. You have to go in and tell it not to do so. What does that have to do with security? Better to run it as you would Windows 7/10, with a Local account, to keep control of your own data. That effectively means that the requirements are for Microsoft's purpose and not your own. Forget about their 'recommendations' and install it your way. None of their tracking and taking control of your personal data. So please, be careful with your advice.

Mess up computer threads @transam? A bit egotistical methinks. I've certainly added value to your thread by actually explaining things to people, rather than just posting a video and patting myself on the back.

Yes, @scubascuba3 I read the ingredients and posted details on them. The Instant custard powder contains milk products, sugar, palm oil, maltodextrin... Original custard powder is much better. No weird additives. Also can just add fresh milk, rather than 'milk' made with powder.

Looking for help with Android T95 TV Box
Actually the box is still usable, albeit with just an Allwinner 616 CPU. It runs Android 10, which isn't that bad. Even if you decide to upgrade it, there is no need to spend the kind of money suggested, without any explanation of why you should do so. Added to that, they don't have any products for sale: https://shopee.co.th/saengrudei No need to spend more than 2k unless you have some specific need. But as you allude, your sticking point is not hardware, but the need for someone to update the software installed. I suggest you change your subject title or start a new thread asking about IPTV providers and how to install their packages. Quite a few use their services here, so you'll get some feedback. I suspect then the sticking point will be someone to install it for you, as doing it yourself seems as if it might be a bit of a leap. I suspect what you purchased was a Fully Loaded Android Box, wherein the local seller might update the box periodically for you. This kind of thing: https://shopee.co.th/product/10758731/6196629643 It's not a recommendation. More of a demonstration that I understand what you mean. Perhaps get a moderator to adapt your title to fit what you need. I expect you'll get a few PM's from the usual suspects.

@KannikaP Be a man of your word. It was your last reply. A leopard cannot change it's spots. I'm not interested in conversing with you, ever again. Some lines you don't cross, as a man. This thread is about Windows 11. Desist.

@scubascuba3 man, you are freaking me out. Who makes custard with water?! Now you are writing about milk powder?? What's going on?! I had to run a search and indeed discovered there are two kinds of Bird's Custard powder. One is Instant, which is what you purchased and the other Original. Instant suggests adding water, wherein with the Original, you add milk. Thanks for the 'heads up' to not even think of buying the Instant version. I'll stick with the Royallee powder for now and look at something like Bird's Original when that runs out. Mainly because Royallee contains food additives. Instant is not for me, with it's sugar and Palm oil...

Looking for help with Android T95 TV Box
Time to replace. Are you referring to reinstalling some kind of IPTV functions or KODI? For what were you using it? Reminds me that I haven't seen @Jai Dee around here for a while...

Hey @elfpattaya People who downloaded the Microsoft image after the 14th of October, were more likely to obtain the latest image with 25H2 enabled. Before that, 24H2. 25H2 will come to the latter via WIndows Updates in due course. 24H2 already has the features of 25H2, though just not activated. KB5054156 is the Enablement Package that activates those 'features'.

US Deploys World's Largest Warship to Caribbean
@jimmybcool Were they wrong about Bush and Iraq? You write it as if you have some evidence to the contrary. Please present it.

For the uninformed arguing against @Tug @JAG @NoDisplayName @Eric Loh et al...you should inform yourselves, rather than just swallowing the propaganda. It's a little more nuanced than represented here, but they aren't far off. The drugs thing is just a sideshow.

@KannikaP They would know by clicking on the link and reading the material there. Which is self explanatory, nothwithstanding that I already explained it when I posted the links in the first place. I cannot see your screen via any Screenshots and to be honest, I don't much like your behaviour in general, so I won't be helping you further. No need for you to reply. I'd prefer to not use the Ignore function.

Trump Slaps New Tariffs on Canada in Response to Ad Row
I'm waiting for the MAGA types to appear to state that this is Trump playing 4D chess. But think about his argument for a few seconds... He claims that it was done to influence the Supreme Court's decision in a case disputing his ability to invoke IEEPA to justify tariffs. The irony is that presumably he is likely using IEEPA to justify this new tariff on Canada. But the IEEPA explicity prohibits it's use to regulate, directly or indirectly, it's use with regard to information or informational materials. Expect a TACO...,

Haha...influencing elections by revealing truths. terrible. We cannot have that in the good ole USA. Dirty tricks, lies and subterfuge are the way to get ahead.

@KannikaP What is your question? Flyby11 is the old deprecated version. It just handles the upgrade. Fly(OutOfBoxExperience) handles...you've got it, the upgrade and the Out Of Box Experience, allowing you to customise your install.

@scubascuba3 That's the brand of custard powder I used for my Christmas puddings. Bought in Friendship. I don't eat custard very often and it's a relatively large pack, so it's been sitting in the cupboard for quite a long time. So those small packs of Birds custard for 20 baht may be convenient. Not sure that I would pay more than that for them anyway. Good to see that you made yourself useful, to @proton in this case. He needs cheering up.

@jacnl2000 As aforementioned, even if you have 24H2 installed, 25H2 comes as a normal Windows update. So you have two years of service from the 14th of October 2025.

Windows 11 installation.
@elfpattaya Just had a cursory look at the video. It seemed to be describing upgrading from Windows 11 24H2 to 25H2, rather than Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 11 25H2. Since Windows 11 25H2 comes as an Enablement Package, the upgrade from Windows 11 24H2 will be offered normally via Windows Update. So I don't really understand the point of that video. It seems to be going around the houses for no good reason. Simply install the latest Updates and soon you will be offered the Enablement Package. Choose to install it. Done. No difference between Supported Hardware and Unsupported Hardware in this case.

Hiring A Private Detective
@Cameroni I think you need to get off the Internet and learn how to hunt in the wild. Too many YouTube videos may lead to a descent into madness. All kinds of stupid theories but no real girlfriend.
-
Hiring A Private Detective
@Cameroni I feel as if I'm communicating with a child. Attraction is the initial phase. For you it's a mix of visual attraction and your own imagination. But for a relationship to succeed in the long term you need more than that. If it were EVERYTHING, then you wouldn't need to check your girl's phone and she would not be almost completely detached from you when you lived together. All of your relationships are missing something, aren't they? Plus, they ALL put their hands out, don't they? Plus, they ALL CHEAT on you, don't they? I don't allow someone being attracted to me to get to my head. I look further. Whereas you just keep repeating the same actions, hoping for a different outcome. A definition of madness? @scubascuba3 liely has it right. Just another Internet dating pro... You aren't special. You are just another one on her list. She'll be putting her hand out before long.
