Mother in law has some sor kor 1 land but no paper whats so ever,does sor kor 1 land title normally have a document or is it normal there is no documents since its government land(sor kor 1)?
Similar experience,just i didnt need to sign anything,wife has her maiden name also..i thought we had a one off but seems they get a note on all thais married to foreigner then.
Thanks,no problem for us also,it was just strange they pointed out(loudly)she (my wife) is married to a foreigner and it looked like could be a problem..as they called in the supervicer before they could proceed.
Wife applied at the land office for transfer some land in to her name(chanote).There was at notice in the computer/from the officer that she was married to a farang and needed to ask her supervicer if the transfer would be ok? I was not present(she was there alone). Have someone else who is married to a thai had the similar experience/questions at the land office?
