While there has always been overstayers - I have a theory on the dregs of what Thailand has let in as of these past few years. There is an increasing exponentially a massive number of rootless, jobless and penniless individuals. UK, EU many of them are possibly on the dole. In the US we generally speaking do not give able bodied white people money to lay about although I've met my fair share of bull<deleted> disability recipients here. The theory: These people are in general lazy and not inclined to follow rules to begin with. In fact many of them are petty criminals. There is little interest to follow the rules and laws of the nation than to keep oneself legal both in reporting and in matters of their visa and/or extensions. They simply don't care I have always walked the borderline between employment and unemployment, freedom and incarceration. This lot arrives and realizes the hassle and cost of staying legal. The decision is that made simply to stay on until they are caught. They will pay a maximum fine of $20,000 b and sent on their way. The penalty of being blacklisted is of no consequence to these individuals because they never have/had any intention of returning anyway. They are probably on a one shot lark to bum around outside their country. If the opportunity were to present itself again which they are inclined not to believe it will they will simply find another country and do something similar. The world is changing

Thais feel a bit off and they run to clinic. I understand if they are trying to get a medical certificate to skip work but other than that there is absolutely nothing anyone can do for a virus. Just treat the symptoms and suffer it out. The work is to be done beforehand by building a strong immune system.
