Inaccurate opinion polls
So the reason you cited a poll from 2016 why if the past doesn't count?

Inaccurate opinion polls
The current polling about Trump is way outside of those average error even for the worst pollsters. And why go all the way back to 2016? Is this a case of nostalgia? Because The nov 4 elections didn't turn out the way you hoped?

Russia turns inward to target pro-war figures
Taken together, analysts say, the cases point to a new trend: a purge not only of dissenters but also of the regime’s own supporters, as rival factions within the system turn on each other. “First, they went after the anti-war voices. Now there are none left, and the repressive machine cannot be stopped,” said the Russian political scientist Ekaterina Schulmann. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/nov/06/putin-repressive-machinery-turns-inward-target-pro-war-figures Another case of nostalgia for the good old days of Stalinism.

The Supreme Court’s Tariffs Arguments Were a Bloodbath for Trump
The hearing was a bloodbath for the Trump administration: Six justices lined up to bash the Justice Department’s defense of the tariffs, barely disguising their annoyance with the government’s barrage of blustery nonsense...Trump’s signature trade policy—which he expected to raise trillions of dollars for him to use as he wished—looks dead on arrival at SCOTUS. https://archive.ph/xNoIw#selection-1247.192-1251.293

Trump Blames Democrats for Historic Government Shutdown
Trump blamed the shutdown in part for the Republicans' poor performance in the nov 4 electons. Trump blames shutdown for overwhelming Democratic election win In effect, that means he saying American voters blame the Republicans more for the shutdown than they blame Democrats. Trump blames shutdown for overwhelming Democratic election win President Trump blamed the government shutdown for the Democratic dominance seen at the polls this week. Democrats swept the first major elections since Trump’s return to office, with gubernatorial and mayoral wins across the country. He said the shutdown was "negative for Republicans" and "a big factor" in GOP losses. https://www.livenowfox.com/news/shutdown-election-results-democrat-wins-election-trump-blame

My Bet on NYC
I remember a supposed quote from Yogi Berra about some establishment. "Nobody goes there anymore. It's too crowded." And that's why the super-wealthy keep on piling into NY? Because it's what Trump calls a "hellhole" And because your claim that it's "basically finished" is valid? Big Spenders Are Keeping the Party Going in NYC The wealthy help power a burgeoning local economy; the $38 Martini https://archive.ph/MOr66 Probably not a great destination for racists like you, though.

Find me any news source that disagrees with how fox news and the nytimes characterize the script. Or maybe you should just report to the mods that I am using unreliable sources. Your objections are blatantly self-serving. Just a way for you to avoid facing how bad the DOJ has become under Trump.

Another Judge Berates Prosecution in Comey Case
Here's an article from those socialists at Fox News Judge in Comey case scolds prosecutors as he orders them to produce records from probe — A federal judge on Wednesday ordered prosecutors in the criminal case of former FBI Director James Comey to produce to defense lawyers a trove of materials from the investigation, saying he was concerned the Justice Department’s position had been to “indict first” and investigate second. U.S. Magistrate Judge William Fitzpatrick instructed prosecutors to produce by the end of the day on Thursday grand jury materials and other evidence that investigators seized during the investigation. The order followed arguments in which Comey’s attorneys said they were at a disadvantage because they had not been able to yet review information that was collected years ago as part of an investigation into FBI media leaks. https://fox40.com/news/political-connection/ap-politics/ap-judge-in-comey-case-scolds-prosecutors-as-he-orders-them-to-produce-records-from-probe/amp/ Is Fox News also lying about what was said? Are they trying to mislead by not using the word magistrate in their headline?
-
Another Judge Berates Prosecution in Comey Case
Sure. The NY Times is lying about what was said. And we know this because Fox News and others jumped all over this article...oh wait a minute. This part of your comment is deranged. As for your silly nitpicking comment about the headline...space limitations apply Where did I call him an article 3 Federal Judge? Where did the Times call him an article 3 Federal judge? The Times specifically identified him in the body of the article as a magistrate judge. Maybe you should try to read past the headlines once in a while. The fact is that he is a judge.

Another Judge Berates Prosecution in Comey Case
Judge Berates Justice Dept. in Its Prosecution of Comey A federal judge in the Trump administration’s prosecution of James B. Comey, the former F.B.I. director, on Wednesday blasted President Trump’s handpicked prosecutor, Lindsey Halligan, for taking an “indict first, investigate second” approach to the case. The magistrate judge, William Fitzpatrick, repeatedly expressed his frustration — and at times his barely restrained annoyance — with Ms. Halligan during an otherwise procedural hearing in which he ordered the Justice Department to produce records from its investigation... The flashpoint was the Justice Department’s failure to turn over communications it had seized from a confidant of Mr. Comey’s, Daniel C. Richman, a law professor at Columbia University, as part of an internal investigation of leaks in the Russia case during the first Trump administration. https://www.nytimes.com/2025/11/05/us/politics/judge-trump-prosecutor-comey.html Got some very sticky fingers in the Trump DOJ.

Supreme Court Grills Trump Over Sweeping Tariff Powers Claim
Still, you never know. Legal experts were almost unanimously shocked by the Supreme Court decision that whatever a President does that is confined to the use of his Presidential powers cannot be grounds for criminal charges. In effect, the Supreme Court has made the President very nearly, if not actually, a potential virtual dictator.

The president unilaterally gets to decide what he's allowed to do?. Makes you wonder why the US bothers itself with the Constitution. Best just to admire the document for its penmanship.

Republican whipping in Virginia
What you and he apparently don't notice is that 10 seats in the Virginia House of delegates were reckoned to be in play in this election. ANd given that some of thoses seats were held by democrats, their gain of 13 seats means that lots of seats that were regarded as safe for Republicans, fell to the Democrats. And both in New Jersey and Virginia the Democrats outperformed the average of the polls. But I will credit you and Hanaguma with this: you haven't raised a charge of election fraud. At least, not yet. Or, at least that I'm aware of.

Jim Crowe -->Nazi-->Maga
What has Heideigger got to do with science? And anyway by the time the Nazis came to power his best work was behind him. And it's pretty clear he wasn't a very good Nazi. He was a lifelong friend of Hannah Arendt, the Jewish political philosopher. It was she who coined this phrase in regard to the Nazi mentality: the banality of evil. And as for extermination of others. It was typical for Europeans to think of themselves as superior and inflict damage on technologically less formidable peoples. This kind of brutality was not confined to them. It's usually the case when a more technologically advanced people encounter the less advanced. But the Nazis were different. They turned on people who people who were their fellow Germans. Not "foreigh elements" as you repulsively call them. Systematically murdered millions of them. Whose families had lived in Germany for hundreds of years. And others outside of Germany but participants in the sciences, the arts, trade, etc of Europe And the Nazis did it in the name of a fake and pernicious science. What does that say about the quality of their mentality? Oh, I've got it. How about the banality of evil? And you can still offer no specific rebuttal to the points I raised. In physics, the 15% of scientists who the Germans got rid of one way or the other, were responsible for 64% of scientific citations. 64%! The Nazis destroyed German pre-eminence in mathematics. And their scientific achievements, such as they were, were of the practical kind, As for theoretical sciences, they had little use for what they called Jewish physics. I guess it must really eat into your craw that Jewish people have achieved so much in the sciences, the arts, in business and finance. Even in Israel, a country whose treatment of Palestinians becomes ever more repulsive, there can be no doubt of their extraordinary achievements. Hence your moronic attempt to diminish Einstein by comparing him unfavorably to Heisenberg.
