there was a shop at 3rd rd south pattaya rd crossing on the side of friendship and a few tens of meters towards friendship that did driving license, i used it last time cause i couldnt sit up and wait and do the theory test any longer. they do check eyesight & reaction. they drive you to some driving license center between pattaya and bangkok for the test, so in the end i still got unbearable pain. cost around 20k. theres no practical test either
