Trump/DOJ Desperately Block Epstein Files Release
From the Well where were you when Navarro and Bannon went to jail for the SAME THING department, HUH? via AI Gemini: Navarro and Bannon explicitly refused to appear or produce any documents. They claimed "absolute immunity" as presidential advisers and that Donald Trump had asserted executive privilege over the information. Bill and Hillary Clinton did not totally ignore the requests, but rather labeled the subpoenas as "legally invalid". Their legal team argued the House Oversight Committee was not acting with a valid legislative purpose, but rather for political embarrassment. They stated they previously provided in writing what they knew.

The BEST comprehensive explanation about enlarge prostate option
I already have. I asked about taking any BPH medications pharmaceutical or natural. He said both can have side effects. I said what if I don't take anything? He said as long as you don't mind the inconvenience, no big deal.

The BEST comprehensive explanation about enlarge prostate option
There were topics on this forum about reversing chronic kidney disease. Cannot be done. It is a hoax. To come on here and claim to improve BPH by taking saw palmetto and making an effort just by doing it yourself comes close.

The BEST comprehensive explanation about enlarge prostate option
This is from U of Florida Agriculture: https://swfrec.ifas.ufl.edu/resources/saw-palmetto-berries/ Saw palmetto is a wild crop and cannot be cultivated. All supply is harvested in the wild. Florida is the prime source. If Saw Palmetto were ever PROVEN to deal with BPH, those berries would probably be priced like caviar.

Some people like to come on this forum and related forums with their 'anecdotal experience' that flies in the face of most established research and expect people to accept that those experiences are genuine and meaningful just because they say so.

AI Gemini as to current status on Saw palmetto/BPH: Key Findings from Early Studies (1980s-90s): Encouraging Results: Early studies, including some published in the 1980s and 1990s, often showed that saw palmetto had efficacy similar to, or was a valid alternative to, conventional medications like finasteride for mild-to-moderate BPH. Growing Popularity: Due to these promising early findings, saw palmetto became widely popular as a natural remedy for BPH, with its popularity in the U.S. market increasing significantly by the late 1990s. Limitations: Despite the promise, many of these early studies were limited by small sample sizes, short evaluation periods, and a lack of standardized, validated symptom scores

What Have We Learned? A 2023 review of 27 studies on saw palmetto in men with BPH found that this herb, when administered alone, provides little or no benefit for BPH symptoms. Definite conclusions could not be reached about the effects of combinations of herbs that include saw palmetto. Two clinical trials funded by the National Institutes of Health, both of which evaluated saw palmetto alone, were included in this review. One tested a standard dose of saw palmetto; the other tested increasing doses of saw palmetto, up to three times the usual dose. In both studies, saw palmetto did not improve BPH symptoms. https://www.nccih.nih.gov/health/saw-palmetto

Grateful Dead Co-Founder Bob Weir Passes Away at 78
I saw the G. Dead play multiple times over the years including their first trip to NYC at the (small) Café Au Go Go. But maybe my favorite was 1970 at MIT Cambridge MA field house. I got there early to get a ticket and saw the crew arrive with the equipment. I asked if they needed any help and they said SURE! and, after a bunch of times bringing the equipment in, just stayed there for the show.

Thai girl was totally shameless
When I read some of the stuff on here (when it appears on the index side bar) I think of this from Coal Miner's Daughter: Loretta Lynn: This stuff's cold. Doolittle Lynn: That's because it froze between here and the damn restaurant. You want a hot breakfast, you got to go with me. Loretta Lynn: I ain't going in there having all them people looking at me knowing what we've been doing in here. Doolittle Lynn: Hell's Bells, Loretta. You think this is somethin' the rest of the world ain't caught onto yet? They don't give a damn.

BBC Battles Back! Trump’s $5bn Lawsuit Under Fire!
Trump: Malicious BBC cannot wriggle out of my $10bn lawsuit Maybe. Per the above linked article: The BBC’s motion will claim the Florida court, where Mr Trump filed his lawsuit in November, lacks “personal jurisdiction” over the corporation and that the venue is “improper”, documents filed late on Monday evening UK time revealed. Lawyers for the corporation will argue that since it did not create, produce or broadcast the documentary in Florida, it should be thrown out of court. NB And the Trump complaint with their 26 references to VPN's maybe is not a way to establish "personal jurisdiction"

BBC Battles Back! Trump’s $5bn Lawsuit Under Fire!
AI Gemini: A major tactical reason for the move involves the "expiration date" for filing lawsuits: New York: Generally has a one-year statute of limitations for defamation. Florida: Has a two-year window. The BBC has argued that under New York law, the claim might already be expired, which would lead to an automatic dismissal. By moving the case to a venue where the time limit has passed, the BBC could effectively end the lawsuit without ever going to trial.

And to note the California ruling was linked to a US Supreme Court decision on determining 'personal jurisdiction'.
-
BBC Battles Back! Trump’s $5bn Lawsuit Under Fire!
So before it gets to the 'malice' determination, it will depend on whether the Florida Federal judge adheres to the prior California federal ruling that unauthorized VPN-type references do not count to establish 'published' in Florida.

Clinton's refuse to come to Testify before Congress, News
via AI Gemini: The Clintons' Legal Challenges In a formal letter to the committee, the Clintons’ legal team outlined several specific grounds for their challenge: Lack of "Valid Legislative Purpose": They argue the subpoenas are "untethered" to any actual law-making function of Congress. Under Supreme Court precedents like Trump v. Mazars, Congress must prove a subpoena is reasonably necessary to support a legitimate legislative objective.

Trump Hails 'Economic Boom' Amid Growing Price Concerns
... or as SG John Sauer argued for President Trump at the Supreme Court NOV5 oral hearing: Sauer, who is defending the tariff policy as grounded in the power to regulate foreign commerce, said “these are regulatory tariffs. They are not revenue-raising tariffs.” “The fact that they raise revenue was only incidental,” Sauer said, shortly after oral arguments in the case began. https://www.cnbc.com/2025/11/05/supreme-court-trump-trade-tarrifs-vos.html

BBC Battles Back! Trump’s $5bn Lawsuit Under Fire!
This is a case cited by BBC. BBC did a bio (hit piece?) on Bill Cosby that used copyrighted material from the Cosby TV shows. The complaint by the copyright owner is that the doco 'leaked' (my word) into the US market via internet VPN etc. BBC said it was only broadcast in UK -- Federal Court ruling: Nix This is a law firm summary in 2018: However, unauthorized viewers could access the content (in California) by using virtual private networks ("VPNs") and proxy servers. Judge Percy Anderson held that "[u]nauthorized viewers outside of the United Kingdom do not provide a basis for personal jurisdiction; rather, Defendant's relationship with California must arise out of contacts that they themselves created with the state." The court therefore held it lacked specific jurisdiction over BBC and Sugar Films. https://www.gibsondunn.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/2018-mid-year-media-entertainment-technology-update.pdf
