this is why i finally sold my nice house.

You can complain but nothing will happen .

The home owner makes big money and gives a big piece  to the police ( obortor)

The police will come and smile .....and the circus can start again.

In my case even the army came and arrested 20 people high on drugs.......next day another group

came in the party house and kept the street awake the whole night.

Here you can do what you want ....if you pay off the right people.

The home owner makes about 7000bht minimum/day .4 days a week they are full.

This is 28 000 bht a week .......112 000 bht a month is the minimum you make.

Most sell food and drinks and make a nice profit on this also .

to clean up the house they ask 5000 bht in advance.

Impossible to fight against it .

No,you need only to bring in 400 000 a year.

Plus some more trips to the bank and immigration to prove that the money is still in .

yes, i was wrong.......it is not 800 000 but 400 000 thb to bring in every year.

Plus the extra trips to bank and immigration to prove you are a good boy.

Plus the need to be in the country to do all these trips.

Some people dont spend more than a few months a year in Thailand, because ,except for the few winter months , it is too hot for older people .

And again you are right, English is not my first language, that would be a big handicap .

English is only my 4th language , not perfect ,but i have not the limited vision of only 1 language, as most "first language" people.I'm sure you speak a lot af languages so i'm not ridiculing you .

not true, even after the hit ,the truckdriver is still in his lane.

He did start the bend about 1 m away from the bend ,as he should do,because this is the only and right way to do.If you passed  a truckdriver license ,you would know this .If not....dont argue.

The truck slows down to take the bend.

The impatient bike driver starts to overtake the truck and speeds up.

In the bend ,the truckdriver keeps his line.

The motorcycle has too much speed for that bend and swerves to the right side

direction truck.

It is the biker that drives into the truck.

The truckdriver probably did not even feel it ,and can not see anything in his mirrors,because the biker is too close to the truck.

He will never take over a truck in a bend .

I had a safe ( same as a hotel safe) the key was inside , but i kept it open .

One day my wife closed it ,and the key was still inside .

I wanted to throw the safe away ,but googled 5 minutes ( utube: how to open a safe) i did exactly the same and it unlocked . I did repeat it several times ,worked .
