Put a few (plastic) death pigeons around the snake.....change their positions every day.....

if this not works ...put a few days a real snake out ....even the plastic pigeons will be scared !

Yes , i have also plastic snakes , no more rats or birds ......

but now my house is full of real snakes !

i never saw this ....If they pass in front of my car ,i would probably drive over them .....because 

i drive in the same "mode" as they are......i'm on holly day too.....lol

It's a plot from the airco- companies,

they heat it up in the night ....so to make you buy an airco........

hopefully they never stop the reward system at Big C......

because hordes of cheap charlies will have to move back home or make 

a cheap jump out of a Jomptien high rise ........

Believe me ,if they want to make a perfect road.....they can,they are able to do it .....but not when 90% of the

Unless the guy has "a lot " of money , since a normal pistol costs 60 000 to 100 000 baht .

a pistol can only be bought on a Thai name and :

person must be 24 y ,be owner of a chanout, be owner of a car , must have bank account and money,this was told to me by the chief of police in Pattaya some years ago.

Imagine :a farang uses the gun of his wife and injures (or worse) a thai thief.......the farang will be jailed and deported.

( he gave the example: a 16 y youngster , climes your wall , breaks in and tries to steal you video player .If you injure him....

it will be your nightmare ! Not only the police will come for you ,but also the family and friends of the boy..........and this for a video player???

Better have a simple insurance ,it will cover your losses.

Imagine you have cash money in your house .....still a problem ,you can not get out to buy something ,

so give your wife your bankcard and pin nr ,

she will take your money........you only have to ask her 1 time ......

you will not have to repeat yourself.

In a short while you will not have a money problem anymore, nor a card.......life can be easy.

look on internet (u tube) how to open about any safe sold in Thailand,

also the type in the picture above . The small ones i can open in 3 sec without any tool (just look

the clip and try it) the more complicated ones can take e few minutes !

The light ones are just picked up and taken away, a medium crowbar  will free up the bolted in the floor(wall)ones........

A 120 kilo safe can be carried in ( so also out) by my wife and sister.........using 2 little floor mats.....

So ...........a 500kg one ????? Hopefully you are not at home when they come in to steal it, because you will have to open it with a knife on your throat.

So final advise : buy a small one , they can take away , put 1000 bht in it ,dont hide it .

The real goodies are not kept in the house ,or hide them smartly.........look again on u tube for ideas

in a public school.

If not , his kids will stay stupid , i mean ,they will never be able to" write and read" Thai......and, 

as their father, only speak 1 language ,witch is very stupid in a non English country.His kids will never be able to compete 

with farang kids who can read and write Thai,English,and French and Flemish and Spanish.....as smart farang - kids do.

The smart farang will teach his children at least 3 more languages ,because he is able to do it himself.

Those kids will be the next generation bosses , and those who can only speak Thai and English will be the small workers.

Imagine a business where the boss can not fluently read,write and speak Thai ......he has no controle at all, can not be understood properly and will not understand what his workers tell him .

No private school  will teach your farang-Thai children to write and read  Thai properly,they dont spend their time on it .

This is only my opinion, smart people will know what to do .

You can see them next to hgw 7 when you come out of Pattaya.About 1km past the first new "take a ticket"to BKK.

I stopped there 6 months ago and spoke with the owner .He intends to make a hotel of it.

If they can not drink in the holiday period,

the number of accidents will drop with 99%,

this will ruin the funeral business and the hospitals....doctors...

Also the elimination of the most dangerous drivers ,witch happens during

these holiday periods ,will not take place and will cause a rise in fatalities

in the following months .
