About 25 years back I bought a UVB wand, it still works. Thankfully my Ps. is in remission, I now just have scalp spot Ps., a patch I had on my scalp was removed by the wand working out my own schedule, not advised schedule, as that burned, my fair skin. It hasn't come back...🤗 I also found a cream on Lazada for my scalp, it stops itching and soreness and removes any scales, could now not be without it. It is called Sumifun Psoriasis cream. I pay about 20 bht a tube, but you have to search for it at that price, many on there selling it waaay higher.. The only downside with it, I shave my hair off to get the stuff well into the skin, twice a day...😊
