I entered Thailand about a week ago and so far I have not downloaded it nor have I been asked about it.

I used a Dr Donna FTF letter last week to get on the airplane. It works fine and is is totally stress free. It was inspected at every point along the way and caused no raised eyebrows at all.
I am halfway through quarantine in BKK now.

I have over 50 years of riding experience on over 40 different bikes, up to and including Harleys, BMWs.
Also 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 cylinder Kawasakis. But nowadays I love my scooters (NMax and XMax)
Thank you very much.
(This is directed at those who think scooters are for inexperienced riders.)

In my case, the T8 form was not requested or needed until landing at BKK.

I am pretty much all set to go now. What about that thailand plus app? Do they check that when you arrive or no?
I was not asked about it when I arrived 4 nights ago.

Did you need your neg PCR test first to be able to get this?
Dr Donna emailed directions to have the Covid test beforehand, but I can find no stated requirement to do so on the Thai embassy DC website:
My Dr Donna FTF letter has a paragraph that states when and where I passed my Covid test, and that the results were negative.

Do you need a visa to just visit ?
That depends on which country you are from. I entered visa exempt from USA.

Good point, however we are at the mercy of various gate agents from different airlines in different countries. I wouldn't want to risk a problem like Skeptic had with Turkish airlines.
Dr Donna is what I used less than 2 days ago. Worked fine. $14

Others have said that if it doesn't say "fit to fly" on the form then they will question it or not accept it.
It appears to be the same form which is available for download on this Thai embassy DC wepage:

I flew into Bangkok last night on a Delta/Korean AL connection. Everything smooth and no problems. Recommended.

Just arrived a few hours ago.
No test at airport and no hotel "day zero" test.

I had uploaded my passport picture page without the signature page. They told me to re-upload my passport page, but they didn't tell me why. Anyway, when I uploaded it again, I included the signature page and it was fine after that.

Call the COE help line:
202-431-0882
I had a problem with my COE and the gentleman that answered that number helped me figure out how to fix the problem. I have my COE now and I'm flying out Friday morning.

Mine shows the same transit date two times on the same line. The first leg and second leg of my trip both have the same departure/transit date. I figured that's why they are showing it twice. The last (third) leg of my trip departs on the same day as my arrival in BKK. Kinda almost makes sense, I hope. 55

Kawasaki Meguro K3 now being sold in Thailand @ 427,000฿.
This appears to be another version of the W800. So this is a retro-version of an already retro-motorcycle.
But I like it.

But...the date of departure from the originating point, and the date of transit, are...reversed! NO!!
This could have been my error on the COE application. I quickly emailed the DC embassy and asked for revised COE.
I think they will be able to straighten that out pretty quickly and you will soon have a revised COE.

I started my COE process to enter visa-exempt with DC on Jan 1st and just received the email stating that my COE has been approved. The approval email contained a download link for my COE, which is now being printed out.
Flying out next Friday.

I sent DC an email over the weekend:
I just got an answer from them:
I guess it's better than no answer at all.

Maybe they are looking at the travel date and waiting until the date is closer before completing the COE. Maybe?
There have been several reports of getting the COE within a few hours of application. But none that I have seen that were issued from DC. I'm still waiting to see a report of anyone getting a COE from DC since Jan 1.

Several forum members are waiting for COEs from the DC Embassy. There seems to be a log jam for applications submitted on/after January 1st. Not looking good at the moment.
I've not seen any reports of COEs issued from DC since the beginning of 2021.

For both approvals (both phase 1 and phase 2) about 4 or 5 hours in total.
Which office did you use for your application?

In your case, I would schedule the Dr Donna appointment at the latest possible time to be able to get it printed out before going to the airport.
I paid $300 for a PCR test that guaranteed me results the same day. They emailed the test results to me within an hour after the test. I checked into my ASQ 71 hours after that.
