These walls continue to move over the years. I fixed with concrete a large crack (10 cm) between two shophouses and I had to fix it again 1 or 2 years later.  

It's a small crack, use some wall putty and repeat when necessary. On the swamp side. I would attach a ladder to the top of the wall and fix it with concrete.

Still looking for light tubes but I found a good quality shock pump in a bike shop close to Kasetsart University.

I asked my wife to phone Immigration at Chaeng Wattana and they told her I could go to Suan Plu.

Hopefully, they'll agree at Suan Plu when I'll go there tomorrow !

Lot of people at Suan Plu, go early because if they can't take care of your case, you'll need more than 2 hours to go to Chaeng Wattana (I noticed that the red buses in flooded areas are faster than the military trucks).
