  1. These walls continue to move over the years. I fixed with concrete a large crack (10 cm) between two shophouses and I had to fix it again 1 or 2 years later.

It's a small crack, use some wall putty and repeat when necessary. On the swamp side. I would attach a ladder to the top of the wall and fix it with concrete.

Just had one bedroom unit and one tv room unit cleaned/serviced/repaired. About five years old and slowly got not so cool over a week. They found a pinhole leak in the heat exchanger, soapy water used and you could see the bubbles.

So,  clean inside units 2, repair pin hole, clean and check 2 compressor units outside and re-gas. 1700 baht.

Several guys have asked us for 10,000 to fix a leak!

Your city and person to contact? Thank you.

  3. Thanks for the answers !

I asked my wife to phone Immigration at Chaeng Wattana and they told her I could go to Suan Plu.

Hopefully, they'll agree at Suan Plu when I'll go there tomorrow !

I'll report the result in this topic ! ;)

Lot of people at Suan Plu, go early because if they can't take care of your case, you'll need more than 2 hours to go to Chaeng Wattana (I noticed that the red buses in flooded areas are faster than the military trucks).
