The Police and the Health Authorities have different messages to Restaurant Owners. I spoke with Clayton who co-owns London Steak in Buriram on Thursday. My daughter owns a small Thai restaurant was ordered by police on Thursday evening to stop sit down dining and to only serve via take away and delivery. Book & Bed Restaurant in Buriram is owned by a Thai couple. London Steak and Book N Bed Restaurant both had sit down diners spaced 2 meters apart on Thursday. It could be different today. My point is that different Government authorities have different understandings of the guidelines. Safety for everyone should be the goal.

Jimmy's in Buriram is open for sit down dining also. 2 people per table, tables a certain distance apart, etc.

You are getting ripped off.  A sheet of 10 tramadol capsules (50mg) is available for as low as 25 baht.  Have never paid more than 35 baht.  Paracetamol is even cheaper.  Find another pharmacy.

Very true except it's almost impossible to get 50 mg tramadol without a prescription. For some strange reason they sell Ultracet over the counter with no problem.

That is not what MIMS says it contains:

Tramadol HCl 37.5 mg, paracetamol 325 mg

It is also classified as a dangerous drug and requires a 1st class pharmacist on duty full time (almost no pharmacies have this) and all sales are to be recorded.

It is  tramadol and 325 mg paracetamol. I stand corrected. I've bought it at most pharmacies I've asked. Never been recorded ever. Readily available.

  4. Surrogacy is not legal to gay couples in thailand. Anyone providing surrogacy to gays is subject to arrest. Sounds like the gays have an illegal contract.

The law has changed since the contract was signed, so I don't your point is legally relevant to this case.
There was no law before so they will probably rule with the new law . Very relevant.

You just made that up. It was a legal contract when signed and that is very relevant.
Can you give me a link where it has ever been legal in Thailand? What good is a contract not recognized by the law?
