History reports the true story, 'Witting and Unwitting' evidence. Albeit, primary and secondary sources/evidence. However, 'witting 'does not always prove the truth.

Never, never, trust the mass media, for a true story.

Usually, someone is in the offices during school holidays. However, as these are public holidays the school office staff may be on holiday for a few days. That is what happened at the school I was teaching at.

Happy Easter to all

I have had contents of parcels crushed, to a degree. But not as bad as ever being destroyed by water.
You would have thought that papers would have been placed in a plastic covering, prior to them posting.
It could be a good idea to email them and suggest the idea in order to avoid any further problems. A plastic covering would not add any weight to the package, surely.

Your Port Address would not be the same as in England, even if you remained with your current ISP. All emails are tracable. This also applies to wireless connections using others systems. Pitfall number one.
I will leave it to others as to explain the internet capabilities of Thailand, as I never have actual line connection, I use wireless. It would take me a month of Sundays to explain the problems I have at times.
Edit: Adding that I do online free lottos also, and I have no problem in the UK, entering them. However, when out of the country, for some reason, I get a webpage popping up advising me that I am out of the UK and my play is invalid.

Good night, Martin. Buckwheat was the very first guy I spoke to in the Thaivisa Chat Room when I first joined. Martin helped me a lot with queries I had, as to navigation around the site.
RIP

The BBC is a joke in the UK, let alone, Worldwide

Have you thought about doing the decent thing, leaving your girlfriend and marrying the girl you have made pregnant?
Just a thought.
EDIT: Just seen your query re: ducks. You could lose your manhood and then it is fed to the ducks. Not unheard of.

Two weeks ago, there was a newspaper article about a guy in Southport, in the UK. He is now a £Million plus in pocket through eBay. He started off selling from a garden shed a few years ago, now he has moved to a large purpose built modern warehouse and employing quite a few people. Good luck to him. I suppose this could be done anywhere, including Thailand.

If you have Thai passport, regardless of what other passport you have, it applies. Some here have told the rules as in you can get the color that says you don't have to join. Also, I had students who were in the military but it's not always a full-time thing. He only had to go on Tuesday afternoons and so missed my class only every Tuesday afternoon.
Edit: After reading Thithi's post, he was probably in Territorial Defense school so he did that instead of enlisting full time.
Yes, I experienced the same situation. I had a Thai teacher come to me one afternoon, whilst 5 lads were ending their English lesson. The Thai teacher advised me that the 5 students would be missing from class from that day, which was a Wednesday, as they had to go to Army classes, also on a Wednesdays.

And to think, I was going to 'clock' this post

Thanks for the link .
There are, however, quite a few websites that direct us to almost every radio station link in the World.
We are spoiled for choice.

Everything looks fine on my screen.

80% of what? I know you mentioned 'song', however, it is not very clear what you are implying.
Does Thailand have a PRS (Performing Rights)? If so, , then similar to the UK, there will be a yearly fee to pay to the PRS for playing music in a public place. However, in the UK, that fee is paid for by the premises and not the public.

Maybe merging this thread with a similar thread a few days ago?
We could get a clearer picture to what is happening.

Lawnmowers? Of course Thais' use Lawnmowers.
I was sick of hearing them at school, when teaching in the classroom, during lessons
Thailand is also the 'Home' of the drink: 'Red Bull'

I was just wondering if this could be a regular occurance? Who really knows.

I have parcels/packages sent from the UK to Thailand over the last two years. My friend used to register the parcels and they gave him a tracking number to enter into the UK post office website. He used to text me the tracking number/reference number,I enter that number into the website tracking page. However, all I get online is a message advising me that the parcel/package has left for an international despatching centre and heading for Thailand.
There was no more further informaion I could obtain.

Please keep us informed on how you get along with your book.

I have received parcels on a regular basis, from the UK, with no problems at all. I have received them, usually about 6 days from being posted. On one occasion I received a parcel on the third day.

Not used Brylcreem for years and years. It is for the old timers now in the UK, and not many of them use it. The younger generations use new fangled hair care gels.

Hello Slip, Yes, it can.

Without appearing sadist>>>>
Do we not normally have an ongoing 'casualties and deaths figures', as regards to road accidents, during Songkran on TV?
If I remember correctly, we have had a running total this last two years or so.
EDIT: It is OK, I have located the thread as per above. Sorry about that.
