Thanks but there's no space to weld a nut on. The bolt is a 5mm and I don't want to damage the crank.
Grab a nut that has the ID of the OD of the allen head bolt and get it welded on......... then undo it.
-
The allen key bolt head is rounded. It sits flush with the crank arm. I don't want to damage the crank arm if possible. The last resort will be to drill it out...next step is an easy out kit. As I said I don't want to buy a kit for one bolt. Can the pieces be bought separately? I hear Bangkok hardware might have one? Maby there's a good mechanic or engineering shop in Phuket?
-
Anyone have a kit? I am happy to bring the small job to you and happy to pay! I don't want to buy a whole kit for the sake of one job. Cheers

Thanks for the input. I was hoping for someone in the same situation as myself.

Thanks for the answers so far. I want to transit through Australia. I am a NZ citizen with Australian residency. I also have an outstanding tax debt with the ATO. I have no judgments against my name that I am aware of.

Anyone been stopped going into Australia with an ATO tax debt? Cheers

I was walking along the beach yesterday. The water was looking nasty the river on the south side is pretty ugly!!!

They would have destroyed a lot trees/forest to find the tree roots that make Safrole oil.
I have read somewhere that it's possible to extract quite a fair amount of safrole oil from the opium plants. I believe it was from the stems of the plants.
Sorry nothing to do with Opium seems like Cambodia maybe a big source of this oil which is used also for fragrances and perfumes.

I love Koh Rang Yai
Bungalows are super basic but we go over on a longtail with a big cool box, rent out a few bungalows and usually have the island to ourselves.
If you rent a bungalow you also get free use of their "bicycles", pitch and putt and other "sport" facilities.
Thanks for the info I'll post a few pics when I return. Cheers
-
Anyone been there recently? I am looking to stay the bungalows for a couple of nights. Cheers

Hi looking for parts for my RO water filter eg hose, tap fittings. Thanks
-
Why would it
Because the RO unit takes a lot pressure to pass water through the membrane. This in turn may damage the water pump.

Is it a restaurant? How the hell did they get permission to build that thing??

If I add this to my household system would it damage the pump?
-
It's second hand in Thailand.

What's the value of well kept Glock 19? Cheers
-
Are these available in Phuket? Cheers

Mine's too close to the pump I want to reduce the pressure. Where can I find a pressure reducer?
Wound't the easiest way to buy and install an valve, which is not fully open? It does not reduce the end pressure, but it will reduce the pressure difference when opening and closing the bum gun valve - that's the force which breaks the plastics and rubber o-rings.
I can do that if it works.

I want to add a water filter to the household system. I was thinking a single stage carbon or similar. Should I add it after the pump or before. I was thinking after.. would it damage the pump and would there be much pressure drop?
Easy Out Kit
in Phuket

The bolts were never greased or torqued properly. I banged in a 3/16 and it still turned. I am heading to BKK Hardware now. I'll see if they sell a single Easy Out piece. Thanks for your help!
