I know that Pattaya beach it neither a very long strand or very clean.
But I enjoy seeing the breaking waves, the breeze and the sunshine, there is an air of freedom.

How about the 'His Dark Materials' trilogy by Phillip Pullman.
I first heard about this when it was voted the best story ever written (really) in a channel 4 poll, better than Dickens, Shakey and Tolkein put together (apparently) and Cussler, Forsyth and Smith didn't even get a look in.
I am not into fantasy/sci fi at all, but this is one of the best stories I have ever read, so good in fact that I have read it several times.
Pure escapism in an epic battle of spiritual warfare, it has heart rending depth and emotion.
If you haven't read it you're missing out.
Are they easy to get into ?
Wiley Coyote
Yes very easy and I think that is the great attraction of these books, they are accessable to any age, in fact they come across as childrens stories, probably because the main character is a young girl and later a boy, but are infact full of surprising depth.
Also the story doesn't have a whole raft of unpronouncable names and incomprehensible worlds. It is an exciting adventure that just draws you in and keeps you turning the pages.
Thank You,I will loook forward to sampling in the holidays...

It's funny, I'm a Kris Club member with Singapore Airlines and their service is great, and don't get me wrong, the food is ok, but I'm sick of it. The temptation to turn up with a cut lunch.... sandwich, fruit, some snacks, is really getting to me.
I agree.
I used to fly with Canadian Pacific and every starter was always pate !
I suppose it's healthier to snack, but I still feel tempted when you see someone getting their food.

hi mate...it really is down to the airline. Some will charge you exta for clubs, some dont. Ifyou can keep to within 20kgs all the better..i try to. Check out some airlines on their web pages, usually they will say what the extra charge is for golf clubs. It is not usually done per extra kg , usiually a set charge
Is it best to arrange this before you check-in at the airport ?
Or take a chance ,that the flight is not busy ?
Do you know if they can be sent on 2-3 days later ?
