Any customer at any establishment should have the right to complain. However, should that complained be proven to be false and misleading and inaccurate, then the establishment in question should have the right to sue the accusing customer for liable disinformation. I customer has the right to accuse an establishment if they have genuine reason and solid evidence, otherwise the establishment has the right to take legal action against the customer.

yes, but how you make your expresso and then latte is important, also obviously the choice of ground coffee is the crucial ingredient. I've never used a Mokapot so I can't comment on how good they are.

yes, very good information Richard. I'm like you, I prefer a 50-50 Arabica-Robusta ... medium dark , not overly strong but strong enough for a good coffee burst...
