Yes, I was wondering why he hasn't been arrested under the lese majeste law 112.
That's normally the way they shut people up who continually criticise the ineffective government.

30 minutes ago, webfact said:Officials also said that anyone organising events with more than 100 attendees need to seek permission from officials first.
Officials also said that social distancing will be more rigorously enforced and restaurants should ensure that tables are spaced 2 metres apart.
To me the two sentences above seem completely contradictory.
How can they talk about social distancing of two metres, and events of up to a hundred attendees?

'measures will be implemented to prevent and contain the spread of Covid-19'
How will the RTP 'prevent' this from happening? Make suspects do fifty sit-ups?

I agree absolutely about cycling in the dark and the lack of Hi-Vis clothing.
It doesn't always work though if the other road-user isn't paying attention.
In my case last month I was cycling at 9am on a sunny day, in a wide motorcycle lane and wearing a Hi-Vis jacket as I always do.
There were two other lanes for 'normal' traffic to use.
The car driver who came up from behind and hit me at speed the same as in this video, purely because she admitted wasn't paying attention - 'didn't see me' and 'in a hurry to get to work'.
I was lucky to get away with a fractured spine and broken tail-bone.

That's true, but they don't have a real police force.
Seeing as they're good at sitting and looking at traffic videos to fine transgressors, I thought it might extend to doing the same with drones.
There again using logical thinking here is usually flawed.-

Can the drones be used to catch those responsible for crop burning?

The transport minister responsible for moving thousands of people around the country while being jammed closely together...I bet he would never use public transport to get to an 'entertainment venue'.

What are 'their special capabilities' for this - spot a DUI suspect at 500 metres, or no helmet?
Last time I checked, I was quite good at detecting a motorcyclist with no helmet, just by using my own laser-type vision.

I think it's 'encouraging people to travel' with these government incentives he's introduced.

Isn't it about time HE started to deliver on the promises HE gave to the people ?
But, but, he has surely:
That will be running this year.
New emergency number 911. He was in charge of this in 2015

Why would anybody in their right mind go to a Kentucky Fried Chicken place and expect anything other than chicken?
Granted there may have been salads earlier and KFC had sold out but that's the luck of the draw.
It certainly isn't worth getting into a snit or writing to the local paper about it
The went to a chip shop and had fish and chips instead and were happy with that.
What is wrong with staying home and making your own food the way you like it?
'The went to a chip shop and had fish and chips instead and were happy with that.'
Is there a vegan option for fish? What about a cruelty-free option for humanely killed potatoes?

I notice that even in a queue for covid testing they are standing there like sardines. No social distancing of two metres as recommended all the time.
