A month or so back there was 'officially' one case in Udon.
My wife's friend works in the Udon hospital where all the cases are logged in the computer system. She told my wife there were three cases in the hospital.
Government lying - shurely shome mishtake?

Until the concept of any security, not just data security is taken seriously, these concerns will continue.
As I've posted before, when ferangs see immigration using the rear of visa applications as scrap paper to write notes on, it will not be taken seriously.

Reminds me of the returnees at the airport last year who were waiting to go to a quarantine hotel. IIRC they simply opened a door in a 'secure' airport area and wandered off into the mist.

There's a waste management strategy? Please rush me a copy, I enclose 20 ThB postage.
For some ironic reason I imagine the waste management strategy would involve putting your request in the bin.

I take it this being in English must mean us foreigners are included in the scheme. That's great news.

Now that would be something, wife carrying me, i am about 90 kgs.
She does many things to help me, but i think that would be a bit too much even for her.
I think i will suggest it to her, just to see her reaction.
If you were called Woodbine she could take you out for a drag.

It's down to education, to make people understand the consequences of their actions - and make them want to do something.
While I would love that to happen, I know the reality is that the education and social system here is not geared up to encourage the general population to think for themselves and to be socially aware of how they need to take responsibility to reduce the problem.
Less use of plastics and also responsible disposal of rubbish is what's needed.
The times I've refused a plastic bag to put purchases in, and usually the staff accept it, but don't really see why.
The large shop chains who have stopped issuing millions of plastic bags is good, but there's still a long way to go.

'relax the measures [to prevent further spread of the virus]'
Am I reading this wrong? Has it been reported unclearly, or are the authorities not talking sense?

You can laugh, you have seen my winch set up, so you understand my situation more than most.
You have seen how dificult it is to put up/ take down the winch.
Yes, I do remember. I think you need someone tall to lift the winch off.
Maybe a very tall katoey - apparently they're strong (so I've read, I hasten to add).
Keep smiling - and swearing - you know it makes sense.

There was only one word in English and that was spelt wrong. It refereed to an Israeli company called Cellebrite who market data extraction equipment for mobile phones. (I added emphasis)
When pointing out a word misspelled, perhaps check your OWN spelling?
I assume it was hidden British humour in there.
