"This poor visibility forced the airport to switch on its runway lights and all ground operations were ordered to be on standby. "
Wow, somebody had to get out of bed!

Went to park in the large car park adjacent to Zoe's yesterday morning and it was barricaded off with something about "patrons only".
Anybody know what the score is?

It's so blatantly clear that local authorities actually don't have any idea what's going on in their precincts...everywhere!
Well maybe they know but "Brown Envelopes" and all that?

" They were then repeatedly attacked with their own crash helmets. "
The dangers of wearing a crash helmet !

" I also got private numbers and emails of English speaking technicians there. Great service and knowledgeable people. "
Sounds ominous, do you have to contact them often?
6 years with 3BB and never had to contact anybody.

We should consider ourselves lucky that there's no single point of failure to attack because someone could take the entire country offline
What like a single gateway you mean, 555.

A shop next to Immigration at Promenada would do a good trade!

Damned BBC again, disseminating news and all that!

" If so, i would also like to know where exactly at Promenada ED-Visas are processed. "
At the main entry doors to the Immigration Office you will see several rows of stool for those waiting to sit on.
Each row has a sign at the front stating what that row is for, "90 Day Report", "Retirement Visa", "Education Visa" etc.
When you think you have found the correct row chat to somebody in that row to make sure you have the right one, oh and bring a book to read!

Just checking, what's the current background color required for an RV?
Many thanks

Well I'm sure it will all be well organized and signposted!!

And assuming the staff that were at the Airport Immigration will be re-located to Promenada (is that a stupid assumption I ask myself) where will they sit , maybe outside with the rabble?

Really? The city is dead, completely dead. Hardly any tourists so shouldn't be a problem. Went to the Night Bazaar the other night around 20:00. There were 2 tables occupied at the Kalare Food Center. 2! Most vendors were packing up and closing shop it was so dead. I've never seen anything like it in all the years. Everywhere else we went was dead too.
Maybe everybody was getting an early start at immigration!!

Seems Aung San Suu Kyi has the answer to dealing with these people.

I do have a "tree man" living near to me who I think would do a decent job if properly instructed.
Where about are you living?
