Umh, it is not a new plane, it is a refit of an old one. The $3billion is in addition to the $6billion already spent on the two new aircraft. I understand that the deal for the two new aircraft was a fixed price contract, and the aircraft, which are being converted from two new, in stock but not used aircraft, have had to be virtually completely rewired - hence the delay; and Boeing are losing money on the job. I doubt that they will be prepared to take the same risk again! So no saving of the taxpayer's money.

I don't think people are taking the piss out of Trump because he is going bald. They are taking the piss out of the bizarre, ridiculous and obviously fake attempts he is making to hide it.
