  1. They are not taught world affairs in school "Blinkers on" nor world history
  2. so you think the ICC charges against Putin are false, think you should read the ICC charges and you dont belive in war crimes like this hang your head in shame, this is just the start of his wae crimes 17 March 2023, Pre-Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Court (“ICC” or “the Court”) issued warrants of arrest for two individuals in the context of the situation in Ukraine: Mr Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and Ms Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova. Mr Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, born on 7 October 1952, President of the Russian Federation, is allegedly responsible for the war crime of unlawful deportation of population (children) and that of unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation (under articles 8(2)(a)(vii) and 8(2)(b)(viii) of the Rome Statute). The crimes were allegedly committed in Ukrainian occupied territory at least from 24 February 2022. There are reasonable grounds to believe that Mr Putin bears individual criminal responsibility for the aforementioned crimes, (i) for having committed the acts directly, jointly with others and/or through others (article 25(3)(a) of the Rome Statute), and (ii) for his failure to exercise control properly over civilian and military subordinates who committed the acts, or allowed for their commission, and who were under his effective authority and control, pursuant to superior responsibility (article 28(b) of the Rome Statute). Pre-Trial Chamber II considered, based on the Prosecution’s applications of 22 February 2023, that there are reasonable grounds to believe that each suspect bears responsibility for the war crime of unlawful deportation of population and that of unlawful transfer of population from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation, in prejudice of Ukrainian children.
  3. Thailand has never been colonized per se, but Srettha has just opened the door
  4. yes let them run to china and russia there economies are booming
  5. I think you are giving to much credit to thailand, They can not even capture there own people (Red Bull)
  6. not quite correct those states that managed to stay out of the war, such as Sweden and Switzerland, found their ability to maintain strict neutrality hampered by the intensity of the conflict, The result, is “they played a somewhat ambiguous—and still controversial—role in the war.” A seminal 1998 U.S. State Department report helped dispel the myth that there was any standard form of neutrality, citing that the neutral countries continued trading with the Allied and Axis forces, sent troops to offer military assistance, and allowed one side or the other access to its territory.
  7. Typical Thai mentality, dont bother about people dying, the tourist are not comming no money !!!!
  8. How do you know " It surprised Srettha and the Thai entourage." where you there !!!!!
  9. Dont think they have been branded as war criminals but they should for there appalling record of human rights violation but that is up to the Thai people
  10. Lawyers have suggested that Thaksin's drug war might amount to a crime against humanity under Article Seven of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court [ICC], set up in 1992. It is up to ICC if they want to arrest, but because Thailand has not ratified the Rome agreement its very doubtful, but does not alter the fact that Thaskin is a war criminal responsible for some 2800 deaths, When the Independent Committee on the Casualties of the 2003 War on Drugs established by the Surayud Chulanont government published its report in 2008, it concluded that 1,372 of the people killed had no drug related records. More importantly, the chair of the commission concluded that all 2,873 killings should be considered crimes against humanity Since the day the report was published, not a single case has been pursued. The culture of impunity is Thailands national shame. Thaksin's "war on drugs" was broadly welcomed by many Thais

  17. Thailand officially adopted a neutral position during World War II until the five hour-long Japanese invasion of Thailand on 8 December 1941, which led to an armistice and military alliance treaty between Thailand and the Japanese Empire in mid-December 1941. At the start of the Pacific War, the Japanese Empire pressured the Thai government to allow the passage of Japanese troops to invade British-held Malaya and Burma. After the invasion, Thailand capitulated. Thailand declared war on the United Kingdom and the United States After becoming an ally of the Empire of Japan, Thailand retained control of its armed forces and internal affairs. after the war Thailand received little punishment for its wartime role,
  18. Thailand signed the Rome Statute in 2000 but, under Thaksin, didn't ratify it. Lawyers have suggested that Thaksin's drug war might amount to a crime against humanity under Article Seven of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court [ICC], set up in 1992." How did You get your facts so wrong
