Apparently nowadays some heroin is cut with Fentanyl.

It’s next to impossible to get heroin these days in the west. After the Americans left Afghanistan, which used to produce 90% of the world’s annual heroin, the country went back into the hands of the Taliban. Since they wanted to get some recognition from the western countries, they gave in to the west’s demand to destroy the poppy fields. So they got rid of almost all of them, which is why the Chinese and Mexican cartels then jumped in to fill the void, and that’s why you have that massive fentanyl epidemic in the USA and Canada now, that’s been ravaging these countries for the past 7 years. Fentanyl is way worse than heroin, because the so-called therapeutic window, the difference between the dosage needed to get the medical effect and the dosage that kills you, is much smaller than then the therapeutic window of heroin. A tiny bit too much and you die. They would’ve been much better of with leaving the heroin in place, than replacing it with fentanyl.

I thought that China White was heroin?

(Or "Golden Brown" as in the song).

China White is indeed heroin and as the name implies, it is white and is produced in Asia, as opposed to the light brown color heroin normally has. I think in Asia they refine it one more step and that’s why it turns white, but I’m a bit foggy on the details. It’s also way less common than the brown variant, even during the golden age of H.

People that think Thailand is getting expensive are not really living in Thailand as such. Eating imported foods Thai people don't eat, shopping in specialty stores, living in areas where Thai people are rarely seen and the list goes on.

Well, when I moved there in 2003 one Euro was 54 Baht. Now one Euro is only 37 Baht. So that alone is already a loss of 32% of buying power. And the days where you could get a full meal on the street for 20 to 25 Baht are well over as well. Rent is much more expensive, too. A friend of mine from back then just recently moved back to Thailand and he said prices went up quite a bit for a lot of things. Is it expensive in comparison to the west? Probably not, but it's definitely more expensive than it used to be.

    How can you blame puberty?

This happened as a direct result from the values and morality he has been taught by the schools and his family or lack thereof. Nothing to do with puberty.

Because during puberty hormones are raging, especially testosterone. Aggression can be a common side effect of too much testosterone. In the bodybuikding world its known as roid  rage. Obviously there's more to it than just that because a kid at that age normally doesn't resort to stabbing someone with a 10 inch blade.

Yes. I used to invest into gold for short-term gain, but usually made a loss. Now investing more and more in gold, as opposed to equities. Planning to hold for 5-10 years.

From 2008 to 2012 you could've made a lot of money with gold because the banks flooded the market with gold shares every Friday evening right before the exchange closed down in order to combat the rising gold price. Of course it went right back up the following Monday. The good old days. But even the people who bought it at the highest price right before the end of the financial crisis, after which the price dropped, are well in the black numbers now, if they held on to it.
