Gotta say, with Thailand's defamation laws, I'd seriously reconsider the title. He's been accused of murder, maybe even arrested for murder.
But did he really? And how much liability is there if his story pans out? (I doubt the ol' "we just reprint from our sources" would be much of a shield.)
According to the article he copped to it!

Not a troll post, by any means.
I will post a UTUBE pop-up stating UTUBE policy next time it appears.
Ok. In that case someone is trying to scam you because youtube doesn't force anyone to pay for using their platform. They make you watch ads instead and give you the offer to pay to get rid of the ads. So, what's going on?

That's the blue color morph of the Indonesian pit viper, trimeresurus insularis. They're not native to Thailand. In other words it either escaped from a keeper or a breeder or it was released by someone.
I have never heard anyone in the snake business refer to them as the "Tiffany blue snake!"

Or you do it where there is no chance of getting caught.
Not worth the risk and the hassle that potentially follows when found out.
There was this guy in my village in Germany, bad apple, who started a relationship with the wife of one of his co-workers. Of course that on its own wasn't enough, so he just had to taunt him during lunchbreaks with <deleted> like, why don't you give me half your lunch, since your wife also already belongs 50% to me? The guy told him repeatedly to stop it, of course to no avail. So one day he went to the guy's place, who used to live with his father, who let him in and who told him that he'll be home soon from a nightshift. While the guy was waiting in the kitchen, the father went to the local bakery and while he was gone his son came home from work and what exactly happened between the two no one knows, but it ended with the husband cutting down the guy with 26 stab wounds to the head, neck and upper body. Then the father came back home and in the frenzy he cut him down as well. So two people had to die because one guy thought it's cool to not only screw someone else's wife, but he also just HAD to taunt him with it, too, and one wife who had to <deleted> around.
The cops found out fairly quickly who it was an arrested him and the guy hung himself in the cell. He left behind his cheating wife and two little children.
I would have just loved to be a fly on the wall when she tried to explain to her children why their father did what he did when they were old enough to ask questions.

Why don't you want to pay ?
Should the content makers work for free and not get paid for their job ?
Are you a free loader who wants everything for free and doesn't like paying for things ?
Youtube has always been free! They've introduced ads a couple of years ago through which we will have to sit now, but it's still free. You can choose to get rid of the ads by paying a monthly fee, but that's a choice, not a must. So I have no idea what the OP is all about! Sounds like someone is trying to scam him by impersonating Youtube or its a troll post. .

If there are two dead and one more fatality, doesn't that mean that there are 3 dead?
Why doesn't the police chief and the headline say "Police chief says 3 dead....". Not only would this be less words, but would be a snappier headline. A friend pointed this out to me.
The keyword is with "reports" of one more fatality, which turned out to be not true, as it seems.

It's just amazing what a global financial crisis and a virus can do. Back in 2003 one Baht of gold was 6250 Baht and up until 2008, just before the crisis, the price had only crept up to about 6850 Baht. Now it's almost 5 times as much.

There’s no doubt it anymore. The American government has admitted not that long ago, couple of years at best, that there’s flying objects on earth that can do maneuvers that are simply impossible for anything man made. They even released radar, infrared and video footage of them. The French and the UK government have released information as well.
The only thing I wanna know is how they found us, given the size of the universe and how tiny our planet is. The odds are way worse than finding a needle in a haystack.
There’s several Joe Rogan episodes that deal with the subject matter. It’s quite interesting actually. The ones that stood out the most for me are the one with a navy pilot called David Fravor and the Bob Lazar episode.

Wouldn’t be surprised if there‘s one “ailment” after the other because a hospital room is so much nicer than a prison cell!

Off topic,
50% of western divorces now have accusations of spousal rape/child abuse attached.
Either 50% of married men are absolutely evil, or there's a hell of a lot of female liars out there.
Well, in this day and age virtually anything could be construed as child abuse!

Given the length of time that has elapsed, on some of the complaints it seems more likely that it was consensual in the heat of the moment and regret in the aftermath, than rape. If I were a woman that had it off with Brand while in the heat of the moment I likely would be somewhat disgusted with myself in the morning light ( rather like a man that woke up next to an ugly woman after the beer goggles wore off ).
Having all the evidence as to women lusting after celebrity men that one could possibly need, it would take a LOT more proof than a female's assertion that she was raped for me to take her seriously.
That if it involved a non celebrity man it's more likely to actually be rape is because women rarely lust after Joe the plumber and throw their knickers at him ( as with Tom Jones ).
As for myself, I had an unfortunate affair with a using woman that trashed me and left me emotionally scarred about 40 years ago. Now that she is a successful lawyer, should I look to the courts to get some payback, and a bit of money to boot?
I agree. Although, spousal rape is very different from when a stranger rapes someone because in the case of the stranger in most cases it's not actually about the sex, unlike spousal rape or child molestation, it's about the power they exert over their victim in that very moment that gets them off. Otherwise they could just <deleted> or go see a prostitute. Spousal rape on the the other hand, while still rape, is about wanting to have sex and not accepting no.

It's not a problem unique to Thailand. I see this <deleted> here in Germany as well on a daily basis! Some people just shouldn't drive!

You can read about it here
https://graziadaily.co.uk/life/in-the-news/russell-brand-sexual-assault-allegations-why-now/
According to the link the rape crisis center did notify the cops and in cases of severe crimes like rape they will usually investigate regardless of whether the victim wants to press charges or not. Looks like they didn't have a lot to go on otherwise they would have at the very least arrested and interrogated him, which didn't happen as far as I know.

Until proven guilty he's innocent of the rape charges in my book.
IMO doesn't matter to some on here that are only too eager to jump on the metoo bandwagon.
Of course, if it were a woman being accused of doing something "bad" it's be different because in their opinion women are never wrong, and never ever make false accusations against men.
The Kevin Spacey case was really an eye opener to me. Brand is certainly no angel, that's for sure, but rape? I don't know. Wait and see what the trial brings to light.

She didn't report it to the police and thus they didn't investigate it
Don't you think it's funny that she didn't report it to the police and instead waited how many years? Also, what was the point of going to the rape crisis center to doxument the rape when she then doesn't go to the cops? If she hadn't gone anywhere it would looked way less suspicious to me, but she went to the center and not the cops and I find that fishy! Having said that, I'm not saying, she's lying, but the cops will definitely have to look into the possibility that she might be trying to frame him.
