A walk or run in the Klai Kang Won Palace park is nice but the asphalt track is only 800m so get boring for repetedly daily walks. There is also a cycling /walk/running path stretcing 12 km from Nong Kae against Pranburi, starting about 4-5km from the center of Hua Hin. Felt

Unfortunately, I can imagine that this mean a general tightning and they who most often end up getting stung then is those who have never had the intention of anything else than living out their lives here on a retirement visas.???? Felt

I went to Immigration today with a printout from the apartment's online registration and Immigration just stapled it to my passport and told me it was good enough to use as proof of address for the next 90-day report. I also mentioned a change of address and then I got a list called "Document for residence" which from top says: 1.Copy of landlords ID, 2. Copy of LandlordsTabian Baan, 3.Copy rental contract, 4.Copy passport and visa, and in case landlord can not come to Immigration, letter of power of attorney with revenue stamps 10 baht and documents 1-4. (documents I have already received from the landlord) No mention of TM.30?? Could that be because its seen as "my" obligation! Felt

I have recently moved and am wondering if anyone knows if a print out of the online registration from the combined apartment complex / hotel in addition to the place manager's identity card / Tabian Ban will be enough for the Immigration to be issued "Notification of residence or is the practise different from one Immigration office to another? Thanks to both of you. I think, in addition to copying the bank book, I would just in case have in my "Immigration folder" a one-year statement from the bank that I get once a year anyway for another purpose because I almost never update my bank book. Felt

Do you know if the copy of all the pages of the bank book and monthly transfers must match the income confirmation from the embassy or at least 800K a year or is it more like a confirmation of monthly transfers to Thailand? I ask because I never transfer my full monthly pension here but mostly around 70K monthly and this year I was in my home country for a period and then I only transferred 40K to Thailand! Felt
