  1. Yea he's definitely being tested for the job normally the Court would never have suspended Prayut.
  2. Problem is I believe a higher percentage of people who start smoking pot move onto harder drugs later. My brother was one who later overdosed and died from a bad batch.
  3. Yes but if you are smoking use your brains because foreigners smoking it in public and on beaches without a care is a sure way to get it banned very soon.
  4. I assume he's referring to TB Tuberculosis which yes is still rife in Thailand especially among Taxi drivers and on public transport. Also wish they would also educate Thai's as why they should use serving spoons and not their own when sharing dishes of food Hepatitis is still a problem in Thailand.
  5. I believe that was Airport tax? Now it's included in the ticket price.
  6. Well it's not really Tourist tax is it? it's foreigner tax! Why not just apply tax to the price of a Hotel stay as in many other countries do then all tourists would pay including domestic tourists? After all they also benifit from the tourist attractions don't they?
  7. Whilst vaping I could run 5k a day without getting out of breath before on cigs I couldn't even run 100m.
  8. I used to vape with odorless E-liquid before I quit. You can get Tobacco flavor but that tastes like <deleted> like cigs.
  9. That's bad news for anyone who wants to use them to stop smoking as I did 4 years ago. Some people will start out smoking with them but a very small percentage most want to use them to quit or replace smoking.
  10. But did he even have to pay Tax that is the question? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sale_of_Shin_Corporation_to_Temasek_Holdings
  11. Yes and the question is what should he have done? I don't think he expected to become PM but when he won the election and become PM he couldn't let it go and had to sell his Companies as quick as possible. If memory servers me right he was fined because he sold out to a foreign company causing the Country loses for which he was fined? it's very open law in Thailand and open to interpretation by which ever Judge is ruling.
  12. Yea just because he didn't say smoking in private is Ok doesn't mean it is. The government made it clear from the start that Ganja was being made legal for MEDICAL use ONLY and recreational use was and is still ILLEGAL and smoking it is definitely recreational use. Now don't get me wrong I'm all for it and have a couple of plats myself but just watching how this will all pan out as it's still all very up in the air. Many powerful people have invested in medical Ganja and legislation is causing them to lose a lot of profit. I recommend making the most of whilst you can as I don't think it will last.
  13. He owned the companies before he became PM and everyone new it, then of course after winning the election he was forced to sell em off. Guess he was trying to save losing ownership and paying billions in Tax as most billionaires do. There's are always loop holes in Thai laws which are written in way as to leave it open to interpretation for the Judges to decide.
  14. Interpret that as you want but for me it does. Title = Pot-smoking tourists not welcome in Thailand, says health minister Quote = But those smoking in public risk facing a three-month jail sentence or fines of up to 25,000 baht ($705.82).
  15. He said they are not welcome and will be Jailed and Fined according to CNN so this is kind of World news now. https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/marijuana-tourists-thailand/index.html
