  1. Thai bums are great - seriously, they're all great. I like them on the small side, but huge ones just don't exist.

I like the rounded ones. The ones that you could stand on to look over a brick wall.

Not too bothered about legs, long or short,

Long legs or short legs....I prefer something in between.

Either strikingly tall or strikingly petite is my favourite, not in between...

It's said that it's better to have loved a short girl than to have never loved a tall....I think.  :o

    :D

Actually, any woman that has a lot of patience and no great expectations is ok in my book.

I hate getting my todger out and hearing "Never mind Gazza, anything more than a mouthful is just waste." :D

  3. Hey, do what I did and hook up with a horny older woman and let her take you everywhere.

All of you falling for these tight bodied girls are missing out on some real horny ladies who just want some companionship and make it worth your while.

And this makes you different from a BG? :o

  4. Could it be me? No. I just realised i'm now married. :D

Just realised? You mean you've only just sobered up? :D

    btw, congrats. :o

At least you had proir warning of marriage. I was sitting in my wife's village home surrounded by people with my left hand raised and holding an egg and a banana in the other. When asked why the party was centred around me and her, she told me we were in the process of getting married. :D

  5. It's like the girls at the flow concerts. Lively, fun, intelligent chicks get all hot and not letting on who they are hot for. can drive a man crazy. Why won't she just say. Cause she's a woman ?????

HCM, you've only 10 posts to your name and in every one of them you mention 'Flow'.

    What gives? :o

Guess he's just going with the Flow. :D

Don't you start doing it. :D

    :D

  7. Renting for at least a year is an option that I would recommend to anyone that is contemplating living in Thailand. Give yourself this time to decide if Thailand is for you.

This is very good advice that I very rarely see or hear.

When I first went to live in my wife's village in Nakhon Phanom I was in the "Wow, I want to live here for the rest of my life" phase. It was a great experience at first with all the parties, festivals, customs etc. But after about a year, I realised that village life wasn't really my scene. There was times when it was complete sheer boredom for days on end, especially during the rainy seasons. OK, maybe things would be different now, because back then there was no internet, mobiles, sat/cable tv, farangs were very few and far between, visa runs had to be done by going all the way down to Malaysia, western food hard to come by etc. etc.

So I feel fortunate that I didn't have enough money at the time to build my own village home when I first went to stay there.

Now, I'm living in a little mooban partially surrounded by fields with Bangkok on my doorstep. My mooban offers me a nice little fusion of village and city life and allows my children to go to decent schools/university very nearby and then hopefully employment in the future somewhere close to home.

Now, anytime that I or my family wants to sample the 'real' village life, we can stay in my in-laws house any time and for however long that we choose.

So, I too would strongly advise renting or staying with inlaws as long as possible and also to bear in mind the future of any children that you may have. Where will they be getting their higher education and eventual employment?

  8. Well, when 'The King of Babitude' (that's me btw :o ) read the original post, I don't hold out much hope that anything will come of it. I hope I'm wrong though.

But, after several months of her going to the same club and when asked if she remembered him and she replied with 'Maybe' ..........I'll take 10/1.

    :D

  9. to me, the most important thing in life is happy memories.  or rather, the pursuit of them.

my greatest fear is being 10 minutes from death and not being able to think of a happy moment in my life.  ..I have seen people at their deathbed who cried realizing that they cannot remember a happy moment in their life.

    ..to happy memories.

One of the reasons I started travelling, which eventually brought me to Thailand, was the thought of waking up on my 50th birthday and looking back on my life.

I wanted to be able to reminisce about places that I'd been to and people I'd met rather than just having vague memories of the ocassional 'fun' night out down at the local boozer.

I'd still like to see more and do more with my life obviously, but, if my time comes anytime soon then I won't regret as much if I had of stayed back in England.

  10. While out riding the other day I looked over to my left and there was a Thai woman in a brand new Mitsu Triton doing 120 kms per hour looking in her rear view mirror putting on her eyeshadow!

I looked away for a couple seconds and when I looked back she was halfway over in my lane, still working on that makeup!!!

It scared the schit out of me so bad that I dropped my electric shaver, which knocked the donut out of my other hand.

In all the confusion of trying to straighten out the bike using my knees against the handle bar, it knocked my mobile away from my ear which fell into the coffee between my legs, splashed and burned Big Willy and the Twins, ruined the bloody phone and DISCONNECTED AN IMPORTANT CALL!!!!!!

    Bloody Thai drivers.... :o

    :D

  11. I've attended a couple of these events years ago, if you're tall and able to look over most Thais heads then it's a worthwhile event. If you're short there's nothing much to see.

Hotels. Try searching for 'phanom' in the travel forum for latest info.

I would imagine all small and big hotels would be booked up for this event. If all booked up, you could try staying in Mukdahan about 2 hours away (although dangerous driving the Muk-NKP road at night)

Something else available that not many travellers may know about, is staying at short-time motels. Found in every town and have a rate of 300-400 baht a night. Don't expect anything fancy though i.e. no coat hangers, wardrobes, cable tv etc.

    :o

  12. Well she uses the same old password that many ladies in the trade seem to use

Whats that then? And how do you know? :o

I remember reading about somebody observing BGs typing in passwords that were set up by internet cafe employees.

They used simple pwords like '1234 etc.' or 'aaaaaa'.

Easy for Pwords for BGs to remember (and internet employees too I suppose).

    :D

  13. For whatever bike I use;

A half or three quarter helmet, with sunglasses and neckerchief covering mouth and nose.

Leather vest over long sleeved shirt.

    Fingerless gloves.

Jeans with kevlar lining at knee and butt points. A little bit on the heavy side but suprisingly breathable. Look similar to regular jeans so I'm able wear them anywhere and anytime.

Cowboy boots to protect against weather and protects ankles.

Light waterproof jacket and leggings are always carried with me on either bike.

If on a long ride out somewhere then I'll also carry a pair of lightly tinted glasses in case of night riding.

Extra info for Siamone. Matching colours for undies and socks. Just in case I pull. :o
