went there most of 20 years when not working. Married one but not the right one, if there is one.

It's not twisted. In these regions, not everyone is born with pink nipples. Most are not, actually. Even among mixed Thai-Western people, only half seem to get handed out pink 'uns, as a highly informative poll I started a couple months ago in the family forum clearly demonstrated.

One of the many things that make the world an interesting place. As I said in earlier posts I personally don't like Pizza Hut or Pizza Company pizzas but they are obviously doing something right because there are a lot of people, including yourself, who do like them.

Doesn't make their "pizzas" any better. Thick dough generally uncooked and soggy in the middle with dubious cheap topping seems to be the trademark of both places. Most of their customers are locals who can be excused because they've never been exposed to real pizza.

I have eaten pizza in many cities, and for over 20 years here. Not once did I ever get a soggy pizza, or one made with cheap ingredients at the Pizza co. I don't think you know what you're talking about...

Pizza Hut (Pizza Co for about 5 years) must keep a special Ajarn Pizza on standby just incase you're feeling peckish. The rest of us poor mortals have to accept their standard soggy frisbee.

On that day the officers discovered that 5 room owners did not inform the Immigration Department of having foreign tourists residing at their residences and one Russian tourist that had overstayed for 1 year. The room owners are now being contacted to be reminded and the Russian was escorted out to be fined for overstaying.

Overstayed for 1 year and he's only getting fined ? Or did the reporter just get lazy and not think about what the normal penalties for overstaying would be ? (i.e. jail-time until the fine is paid, then deportation with the 99 year black-listing)

Or have the rules on over-stay been changed ?

I've never eaten at Paradise Pizza, the best pizza in town in my experience used to be from La Villa. However I went to their new location a few weeks back and was very unimpressed. Is the Dukes pizza actually a pizza ? I'd agree it's very greasy but I wouldn't say tasteless.

Wasn’t there something about fake stamps being put in peoples passports a couple of years ago? I recall reading about people who would use agents to obtain visas for them only to find out later the stamps were fakes.

Spot on. Of course the agents were never arrested but the tourists were fined and deported.
