I am sure the job would be a valid one. The fact that it would be helping a foreigner who wished to live in thailand is a by product.
All sensibel firms balance costs and benefits and this is all that seems to be being done here. If the advice he can give is worth more to the company than the cost it is a valid business proposition.

My guess then a minimum of 6 months....only through the courts. She must appear at the court in person on day of case. This assumes no children,,,if there are a further complication.
-
Yes but only through the courts and for the reasons in the act.
Generally the easiest is 2 years seperation
-
Unless he wishes to come to Thailand he cannot just sign for a divorce it must go through the courts here anyway as both must go to the amphur for an administrative divorce and there are conditions with court divorces. Not a short process... look 2 years

Motorcles blocking roads should be cleared with a buldozer and front end loader and carted off to an impound.

Can you transfer a condo to a Thai person without them actually buying it? What I mean is, would it not have to be shown as a sale....on paper at least?
Efectively that is what it is. Transfers of property.....cars..land are treated as sales even to family members though usually at the government assessed rate...and the tax has deductions based on the time of ownership.

You are confusing the presidential election with the congressional election. The congress is similar to what you describe.
We do not have a President. Our Prime Minister...is selected by Parliament.

IMO scare mongering.
this is only one case which has happened
I am personally aware of one cased where the immigration officer insisted on the person withrawing the cash to show him. Fortunately he had access to two credit cards, he had to use his foreign credit card to withdraw a cash advance as his thai bank had a limit of 10000baht a day through ATM machines. The balance slip was nt accepted.
what is your reference to prove your derogatory accusation.

they could ALWAYS refuse (discretion of IO) but i cannot believe a visitor arriving in bkk with return ticket within 30 days will be refused entry even if it were his 3rd exempt entry.
If you do make sure you have 20000baht cash on you....no cards, to match the financial requirement too.

interesting...
I am sorry I was wrong at the moment this is land borders. I would not try to rely on visa exempts by air though. They can still refuse.

If you are coming to get one do not come. If you come and accidently get ones good luck.

The op does not need a degree to open a tutor centre. All he requires is 4 Thai staff and 2 million baht in capital. Why is this so difficult to understand. He does not require any teaching credentials for this or teachers' license of any kind. Just a legal business with the right amount of Thai staff and capital.
Not completely true.
His wife can open a business without any requirement for Thai Staff. THere is a requirement to have thai staff to get a work permit for a foreigner but it is less than the normal one. A tutoring centre may come under special rules as their definition of a school may cover these.
First thing the OP must get into his head is it is not his school it is his wife's. This may be the hardest change to keep refering to it as her school when talking to anyoe but is the most important to his chances of survival

Remember in the new year you can get no more than 2 visa exempts entries.

The United State of America is a federation of 50 independent states each with their own government and laws, joined together and overseen by a central republican government located in the separate District of Columbia. As such, a single popular vote from all states to elect the head of the federal government is not practical, thus the use of a weighted elector system.
If you could imagine Australia joining a federation with Indonesia with its 249 million citizens, and then millions of say Filipinos illegally entering Indonesia, who in theory could cast ballots without being detected, you might consider a similar elector system.
There has been no suggestion that the Russians or any other outside force manipulated the actual vote.
But when you come, please bring an example of your voter ID. Your help will be very welcome.
Actually Australia does have a system to meet this.
Two houses elected by different methods. One vote each citizen for each house.
One house elected with electorates based on population (mainly) one house elected to protect state rights by having an equal number of members from each state regardless of size.

It still amazes me that the Thai government has banned the over the counter sale of Aspirin, any logical reason??

yes.
Giving asprin to children less than 15 years old risks http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/reyes-syndrome/basics/definition/con-20020083 and aparently Thais are at risk for this.
It also has risk of gastric bleeding.

most important point is to ensure left and right pressure is the same.. You often see one side less than the other and this leads to poor braking and steering and possibly death.

You probably have a placard on the door pillar which you can see when you open the door with the right sizes and pressures for tyres.
