  1. You can apply for the 60 day extension if you have not had one since your last entry to the country with a visa and then apply for the new type of extension. No
  2. If you try to do a report on the old site it will redirect you to the new site. The mobile app (android) is now linked to the new system since it will you show your most recent report done on it. When opening the app before I got a popup message showing my permit to stay date but now it states is not available since the new system does not show your permit to stay date on the form you get when it is submitted.
  3. I answered the question he had by posting info about what he needed in his case. i assumed he was asking about providing a insurance policy from a company for the Thailand Pass application. You only wrote yes with no further info.
  4. Was the rejection done instantly? After being submitted the rejection of it is or approval normally takes a while to get since it is done by a immigration officer during normal working hours and days.l
  5. That really makes no sense unless they want a contact number while in Cambodia. Perhaps try enter a phone number for a hotel. Are you sure they send a SMS since it does not state it has to be a mobile number. I suspect it is done by email.
  6. You do not need to have the covid 19 insurance but you did need proof you are covered under social security. Source: https://consular.mfa.go.th/th/content/thailand-pass-faqs-2
  7. I put home for building name and that worked since the their was a line similar to that on the old site and app.
  8. How far did you get with the registration. Were you able to log in and complete a report? Did you get a email confirming the report was done or a rejection of it. I suspect you failed to enter one of the required fields if it was rejected. then. It would help to know what the status of you stay here. Have you applied for a long stay extension of stay?
  9. Just did a little digging on the Department of Consular Affrays website and found where to make an appointment online. See: https://qlegal.consular.go.th/ Found it here and had to type it in: https://consular.mfa.go.th/th/publicservice/ขั้นตอนการรับรองเอกสาร?page=5d68c88b15e39c160c008183&menu=5d68c88d15e39c160c00825c
  10. If on a extension of stay and entering with a re-entry permit you will only need 30 days of insurance. Select returning to Thailand when you start Thailand Pass application.
  11. If his previous employer did not formally cancel his extension and work permit if they would give him a termination letter dated for the same day he applies for a new extension it should not be a problem. Since he has been doing 90 day reports it appears immigration has no record of him quitting his job. He could leave the country without a problem since immigrations records will show his extension is valid.
  12. It does matter how many transits or stops you have to enter the country. I see not reason for you to have a problem.
  13. BOI stands for board of investment. Those that is for those reporting to the one stop center for those that are working for BOI companies and etc. Have you changed your address at immigration?
  14. No email address but here is a link to their website. https://www.dlt.go.th/site/kanchanaburi/ If it does not open you will need to turn off your VPN.
  15. I was only trying to say it was new. I was not disputing what your wrote.
  16. It is located here: https://phnompenh.thaiembassy.org/en/publicservice/additional-documents-required-for-citizens-from-certain-countries?page=5d73b14415e39c46f40076a1&menu=5d73b14415e39c46f40076a2
  17. Why? I can turn off my VPN when ever I want to. My VPN does not work until I start my computer.
  18. I don't think you can get good info on a embassy website for a 90 day report done at a immigration office. This is shown on the immigration website. "5. The first application for extension of stay by the foreigner is equivalent to the notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days." Source: https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=1666
  19. You can apply for a visa for Cambodia online. See: https://www.evisa.gov.kh/ No quarantine when if fully vaccinated. You might want to apply for a tourist visa at the embassy in Phnom Penh that would allow a total stay of 90 days with the 30 day extension of the 60 day entry from it. They are not using the e visa site for applications. Info for a tourist visa is here. https://phnompenh.thaiembassy.org/en/publicservice/tourist-visa-tr?page=5d73b14415e39c46f40076a1&menu=5d73b14415e39c46f40076a2 A report of doing it is here. https://aseannow.com/topic/1250875-visa-run-to-cambodia/ He applied for a non-o visa at the embassy.
  20. Not unless the immigration officer doing your extension does a new report for you and gives you a receipt for it. You can do your report online. Only the first extension of stay is considered to be equal to doing a 90 day report. I did a online report a little over 2 weeks after I applied for my extension last year.
  21. I have not seen enough about it to sure. Maybe today or tomorrow we have more info about it. I would assume it the day 5 hotel could be canceled. But there is no clear info about the ATK test either.
  22. I was getting auto approval before but the new system does not seem to have that function. When I did my report earlier this month it took about 7 yours after I applied a little after 9 am for it.
  23. This what is is shown on the application page. You should enter at least your "Given Name" or the report might be rejected. If you have used a middle name when applying for a extensions before you should use it on the application as well.
