  1. I just did a post about my experience in doing a report in the now pinned topic about the new online reporting site. Please continue the discussion in that topic or this out of date topic will be closed.
  2. Today was the first day I could do a report. Tried it on the android mobile app and was able to get to the 2nd page to complete the application. Then backed out of it and closed the app. Then went on new site and applied for my report on it. No problem doing it and got a email stating it was received almost instantly and it now shows pending on the new site. Now I will wait for approval. If I don't get anything in within a week or so I will do it on the mobile app.
  3. It is just a one day holiday. If the cabinet had added any additional days it would be on the list of holidays.
  4. I think your best option would be to contact the Human Rights Commision. You can even do a online complaint. See: https://www.nhrc.or.th/Home.aspx?lang=en-US
  5. It will depend upon the office where you apply. Some may have a different understanding of the order and not do it while others will issue the extension since your original entry was on a tourist visa or visa exempt.
  6. Which embassy are you applying at. The tax registration is not shown on embassy requirements. This from the Thai embassy in the US.
  7. In case of the death of your spouse the extension remains valid until it expires. If divorced it ends upon the day your divorce is final. But in the case of divorce you would have time to make arrangements for another type of extension since a divorce takes some time to get done.
  8. You can apply for a re-entry permit to keep the remainder of your 90 day stay valid when using it to enter the country. A single re-entry permit is 1000 baht.
  9. All approvals are done at at your local office. That is why there is such a variance in the amount of time to get the approval.
  10. The choices other than for her to find another job are very few. Maybe enroll in a school and get a extension for that reason. She may have to leave and reenter the country with a tourist visa.
  11. I assume you have already paid the 1900 baht fee for it. That is normally how it is done at offices that have come back the next to pickup your passport.
  12. There a copy in Thai in this topic. https://aseannow.com/topic/1247879-sixty-day-covid-19-extensions-order-extended-to-march-26/
  13. Only the 16th is a official holiday. See this pinned topic.
  14. Not at a office here in the NorthEast when doing a extension based upon marriage. Since he just applied for his extension I would assume his current permit to stay ends at the end February and that is the day the 30 day under consideration period starts. All 14 of my extensions have been done that way. I think it is a Immigration Division 4 procedure. I have seen a few report of the offices under Division 6 in the south doing them that way.
  15. For TM30 reporting it is here. Regulation For TM30 Reporting (June 2020) I don't have a copy of the one for TM28 reporting.
  16. Most immigration office here in the Northeast start the 30 days for under consideration on the day you current extension or permit to stay.
  17. Immigration would not know anything about it. About all you can do is try to find it at his residence. Only the company that issued it could confirm it.
  18. One of the two receipts might be wrong. it seems odd that they are a month apart. Have her count the days for the reports to be sure they are for 90 days.
  19. The new site is you only choice now. When you go on the old site and click the button to do a report it redirect you to the new site. The only thing working on the old site is the check status page now.
  20. She can ignore that one since she has a receipt for the one done online.
  21. You can apply for a yellow house book based upon your blue house book that you can use to prove your residence.
  22. I have just cleaned up this topic by removing a post and resultant replies to it.
  23. I understand your problem and situation. Sad to say but you are not the one. Many people with multiple entry non-o visas have the same problem as you now. Many have managed to meet the requirements to apply for a one year extension since the covid 19 pandemic started. I have a friend that started doing transfers to meet 40k baht income option and has applied for his extension now.
  24. Insurance is not required to apply for a a Thai Elite visa and none is provided with it. He probably only got the covid 19 insurance required to enter the country when he arrived in October of last year. He might of gotten a year of it but not much help for anything else than covid 19 unless he bought a the full medical insurance then.
