The reason the illegal 2 number is preferred, is that the amount the prize money from illegal lottery pays out is by far greater then government pay out for the last 2 numbers of their own lottery. If they want to stamp out the 2 & 3 number illegal lottery then raise the prize of these to at least somewhere near to the illegal prize payout. Then of course the punter will have that & additional benefits of the other prizes in the Gov tickets. At the moment the gap is just to wide---in Issan especially the illegal seems to be played a lot more then the legal ticket. .

I think we use the same airport--and I haven't had to use Passport, since I got Pink card--- but still had it on me as had to use it in most Hotels, for them to check Visa I guess.
