On Lazada it is "Packed" but not "Shipped". So Lazada is not involved. The shop use his own courier & Lazada don't know it. If you have than problems, than it's your fault. Lazada can't help you. You only can report it to Lazada, but it's up to them to close this shop or not.

But you have to take care. I ordered COD last month a lady leather wallet. It was still "Packed" on Lazada as it arrived and my wife paid it. When she openend the pack a cheap 20 THB glass bottle was inside. We contacted Lazada and they said they can't do something because it is not shipped. So we contacted the courier and they stoped the payout to the seller, proofed our statement and next day we got out money back. On the next day the shop was closed on Lazada. If you order something on Lazada and it is still on status "Packed" and not shipped, but it is delivered already to you, don't accept it. You can't get your money back from Lazada if something is wrong or damaged, because Lazada not get your money. On Lazada it is only packed and after 7 days it will be "Cancelled". The courier payout the COD direct to the shop.

If it was a deposit, I think you rented something. In this case you can contact the consumer protection board. They have also free lawyers if they take your case. In Pattaya they have a office in the City Hall opposite of Lotus North-Pattaya. Other offices you can find on their website: https://www.ocpb.go.th/ewtadmin/ewt/ocpb_en/main.php?filename=index___EN

Use the mix of vegetable oil with sulphur only if your dogs stay outside. ???? Otherwise you get some horrible days with your wife. ???? https://filipinohomeremedy.blogspot.com/2017/07/sulfur-powder-cheap-and-fast-way-to-get.html -

I not inject it. I give it inside the food. If you give dry food, give a half hour before feeding some water inside and just before feeding ivermectin. I give around 1ml to our 30-35kg dogs once the month or after we found ticks again. For the first time you give better the half and look how it work or that the dog not get bad side effects. My dogs never had. Our Thai dogs not too. Maybe you read this first also: https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/agricultural-and-biological-sciences/ivermectin#:~:text=Ivermectin is approved for use, clinical signs of toxicity occur. -

I use a mix of vegetable oil with sulphur (yellow powder) for the skin. And Ivermectin oral!!! And this works very well. Sulphure powder https://www.lazada.co.th/products/1-kg-sulphur-powder-i3250079090-s12076291011.html Ivermectin https://www.lazada.co.th/products/ivermec-100-ml-280-i1057240016-s2358996327.html Engine oil isn't a option because it can poison the dog if him lick it. -
Ebay was all the time a hub of scammers. They try to avoid it but criminals find all the time new ways.

Thailand and Indonesia could soon become home for some lucky Aussies

If you are on a budget and have time you can check the property auctions. You will need Google Translator if you can't read/write Thai!!! http://asset.led.go.th/newbid-old/asset_search_map.asp -

AUD 270.000 are around 6.5M THB. For sure you can buy a lot of nice condos for this money. Also houses if open a company and you accept the risks. -
I use Lazada a lot from the beginning. When it belonged to the germany Rocket Internet Group it was much much more better. It was very easy to find the cheapest price because it not gived all this fake offers. One item - one price!!! And there was a phantastic Support for customers. After Alibaba bought it, it's all gone lost. Now you need a half hour or longer for find the cheapest item with all the fake offers and Alibaba do nothing about it. But still it's more easy to find items what you never will find in your city.
