But Does The Bread Stick On Bq?

We use the highest place on the BQ because it can be easy to hot for the bread. If you like it more make a campfire and hold the stick in the hand.

But after some beer or whisky .....? It's not a good idea!!!

Every friday evening we make BQ with my family and friends. some weeks ago I tried a recept of bread sticks and they all love it so much. I mix it in the morning, put it in a plasticbag and in the refrigerator and in the evening we roll it on fingerthick bambussticks and lay it on the grill.

Very, very easy to do:

1 kg flour

600 ml warm water (not more than 28°C)

2 teaspoon salt

6 Teaspoon yeast (dry yeast)

You mix the ingredients together and knead it well. Put it in the refridgerator for 5 to 8 hours. Then knead again. Then form small breads or balls on a bambus stick and backing it over the BQ.

Try it. It's very very easy. Some Thais (Isaan) speak after they try it, they eat it to when they was young.

But an electric oven is much, much, much.... more better than a gas oven. Specialy if you would baking bread or cakes.

I looked a lot of videoclips about the last night from different sources. But everywhere I saw that the army are in defense, run away & "SHOT in THE AIR"!!! But the red shirts are the real agressors!!! The explosions are all the time on the soldiers site and in some clips I saw a lot of redshirts with guns in their hands.

Thailands online busines is very shi.!!! I wrote to 11 companys for a quotation of 2 pvc-windows and 1 sliding door and got in 9 days after my email only 2 quotations. The most companies are to busy to wrote back to me.

The 2 companies who wrote back are:

Take a look at the Sukhumvit between Pattaya and Laem Chabang on the right side. The school name is SriSuvit (http://www.srisuvit.net/). They start in may 2010 a new english program school. My 2 sons (12&14y.) are in this school for 1,5 years and like it much more than the BEST School. But we use the normal school (private thai school), because my kids speak, read & write allready thai, english, german and learn now chinese.

Try the Srisuvit school. This school is very good. My sons gone before to the best and changed 1.5 years ago to this school. There they learn the same to much more better prices.

In Tukcom on the 3rd floor is a small shop who refill toner cardridges. I bought there a bottle with 400g Toner for 900,- Baht. It's enough for refill your cardridge 4-5 times.

Last week a meet the owner in Pattaya (Carrefour) and it can be that they have in some weeks a small stand inside Carrefour for try the cheese. I like the taste of both, but let it stay some weeks more in the fridge.

Last week I bought Tilsiter and Gouda Cheese from a german Cheesemaker in Chonburi. The price for 1 kilo is around 350 Baht. It's a very good taste but to young for me (Cheese not hard enough).

In makro you can buy 900g inestine pack for 315,- baht. Look in the long frozen meat boxes.

They allready cleaned and salted. Before you use it you must put it arround 1-2 hours in water before use clean it inside under running water.

About age , parts, etc. ok it's right that in real a newer 2hand bike is cheaper, you get all parts, ..., but I like old bikes and to screw about it. It's the same with old cars!!!
