In my country , it is J&J 2 months , AZ 4 months , and Pfizer and Moderna 6 months . As far as i heard from some specialist ( from another country , who do give interval at 6 months for all ) , for a booster to have optimum performance you have to wait till enough drop ( aka the lowest you can go ) to boost the vaccination . This way the effect is the strongest , and it does not mean going going up like 40% protection but it means the body remembers it better giving longer time protection after . Then came like a conversation , like in some countries faster ... blablabla... and the specialist said , sometimes it is better to give it a bit too soon to have good protection rather then give it at optimum time for best protection . In that way i would say , for AZ , not slower then 4 months and not longer then 6 months ( seeing when they give the boosters all around for AZ ) .

Also many in hospitals are unvaxxed persons . Main reason now for infections are clearly schools but as far as i know , nobody want to go back to closing them . There is no 100% solution , unfortunate , being vaccinated is the thing you can do yourself in order to keep you out of hospital if you get it ( and also spread less ) , but the other measures are needed also to keep the spread under control , meaning masks , open air as much as possible ( sorry disco's , but putting 100s of people together in a closed room is not the best solution for keeping the spread under control) , keep distance if possible .

It happened before and unfortunate happened now . China didn't want it , the world didn't want it . Can it be that a virus escaped from a virology lab , yes , it can be , is it certain , surely not . You can blame China for trying to keep it quiet , that was wrong of them . But blaming for the virus itself is also very wrong , because the virus does not care at all . I told it before , 3 far family members died of covid in April 2020 . Somebody else i know was hospitalized and in ICU because of covid . My neighbor right now has got no/not enough bloodflow to his legs , but hospitals have shut down regular care , because the beds are full with covid patients , so they told him that they can't help him right now ( this is last week ) . Chances might not be huge , but it is much higher then nothing . Saying i'm healthy ,might be true , and indeed , it helps but is no guarantee to not end up in there , there has been plenty there before you . Vaccines do bring the amount of hospitalizations down , so your small chance has become a much smaller chance .

Then governments need to step in and try to get infections down . There is no 100% cure for anything . Same like there is no disease which will kill all of us . Even rabies which is supposed to be a 100% killer , has a reported file of a girl surviving . More people have no effects from being infected , or if they get sick , less effect , in so less chance going to hospital , and less chance of dying , but not 100% . Unvaccinated have in such longer and heavier effects from infection . There will always people die from covid , vaccinated or not , having had new medicines or not , same like there will always people die from any other disease there is in the world ... even the most harmless .

It is not only the unvaccinated , there is no 100% cure . But present data says that vaccinated have 7 times less chance to end up in hospital .

There is more then your right . There is also the right of the society . Plenty of vaccines have been obligated in the past ( and even now ) . Polio , Yellow Fever ( still needed for some areas) , smallpox ( i still got the scar since the vaccination was halted in +/-1975 , before was obligated ) , ... People who are vaccinated spread less , are less likely to end up in hospital and in worst case death . The society is the hospital , since if you aren't vaccinated , chances are higher you end up there and stay longer , which makes the unvaccinated a burden to society . This is not your health , even if you are sick by yourself , but the strain you put on hospital personel , and the possible restrictions for everybody else , makes it a society case . They not gonna put the vaccination in your arm while holding you , but you won't be welcome anywhere and you will get fined .
