true is the biggest ripoff for falongs! there is not enough space here to run down all the channels, But 90% are for thai's and less than 10& for falangs, the thai's can purchase seperate packages for programs but falangs have to have at least a god package to see english programs.if there were ANY competition up here in Isan they would go broke!

in that BBC video, as far as the foreign TV stations are concerned, that is mostly true with true TV! they have cancelled all movie channels and only allow very few channels and as usual the CARTOON channels are allowed! AND when contacted true said that it may last for at least thirty days.

not personal. just want to know what kind of person goes down to that urine infested, stinky area and what he sees there that is worth seeing, there is an old saying, water knows it's own level. and if you are comfortable with a bunch of smelly, scam artists, than maybe you have found your level. after all Thailand has something for everyone!

bigotry? have you been so soi 3, it is FULL of arabs and dark skin people! that is where they hang out. also the nigerian scammers also hang out there. you would be hard put to see anyone other than a mideastern person there including in the beer bar across the street. i believe it is called the bamboo bar. don't take my word take your liberal butt down there at about 9PM on a friday and saturday and see how many times you are approached assuming that you are white! the hotel there also caters to arabs!

if I ever go back to the states I will be living in Texas! at least they get rid of the trash, not give them room and board for life!
