Find and charge the three foreign riders who fled the scene, instead of helping the victim and their injured friend. Based on the skin color of the guy laying on the road, my guess is that they most likely are from middle east or India. Just yesterday I found out, that we now need to show a valid drivers license, before we can buy a motorbike in Thailand, so why not enforce the same rule for rental shops? It would be easy money for the bib to apply penalties to all the renters, who doesn't follow the rules!

It is not by any means cheap for the majority of Thais, who is surviving on a salary near the minimum level!

The helmet law seems only to be enforced to foreigners, who all are expected to carry plenty of cash for immediate payment.

There is no such thing as a Boeing 737-8. I think that they mean a Boeing 737 MAX 8, but why not disclose, that it is in fact a 737 MAX?
