    Why not start by offering day to day delivery. I order most stuff from Lazada or Shopee, where delivery from Thai suppliers to greater Bangkok takes at least 2 days.

    That would be true, if you will have to pay income tax of the money you transfer to Thailand to buy the condo, as it has been rumored for a very long time. As far as I am concerned, a u-turn has not yet been made on this idea.

    Stricter pollution regulations is good, but stricter law enforcement would be better. Also all motorbikes and cars with modified exhaust systems should be removed from the roads.

    The 300 baht tourist tax was probably scrapped because they found out, that the average tourists are already being scammed out of much more than 300 baht, every time they visit the country.

    It always amazes me, how a prison sentence can expire, for a convicted felon, if he just flees the country for a number of years. The prison sentence should be waiting indefinitely

    The real estate market in China is suffering and has not even hit the bottom yet. Why not invest in other more financially strong markets?
