  1. Do not you realize this officers family wwill now starve on his regular salary

Don´t feel pity for this officers family. They may have to sell the new Benz, but easy come - easy go. Life goes on. They can still eat somtam and rice every day.

Or maybe they did not know anything about this extra income, if he used to spend it all, in karaoke bars and massage parlors on the way home from office.

  2. Only stupid or ignorant people are riding bicycles on the roads of Thailand. I own a bicycle here in Thailand, but I would NEVER even dream about riding it out on the open roads. But on my motorbike I feel safe, when I can follow the speed of traffic.

  3. Just offer the pensioners full pension benefits, when they stay abroad, and they will be happy to relocate here volountarily.

I am from Denmark, and sadly will have to return to an EU country, if I want to receive full pension benefits. In Thailand I can only receive around 1/3 of the full pension benefits. (Half pension, no free health insurance, no reduced prices for pensioners and no accomodation co-payment).

  4. Now also available at the Honda dealer in Thepparak Road (Rinrad Building). Price THB 160,000 all included. Unfortunately they offered me only THB 48,000 for my only 11 months old PCX 150 with only 1,400 kms so no deal today. Also no possibility for a test drive today, as they had only the one inside the shop.

The Forza 300 seems very large compared to the PCX, so maybe not a better choice for the congested roads in BKK. I think I will keep my PCX 150 which is still like new for another year, if I don´t find someone, who will pay me the THB 60,000 I was expecting.

  5. It's about time that all guilty parties would be taking responsibility instead of shuffling around the blame. The seller in this case is not only a victim, but also a perpetrator by selling those fake goods in the first place (and being fully aware that they're fake), thus equally guilty as the police trying to extort "bail money". If you're selling fake goods you shouldn't be all too surprised that eventually "someone" is going to take that as a pretext for fleecing you one way or another - and it serves you right.

Is the software you use on your computer licensed? If are using fake goods and should be punished also. The fake goods would not exist, if there were not buyers My Microsoft 7 is licensed. cowboy.gifph34r.png

If the original products were available and affordable (let´s just imagine for a person on minimum wage), there would not be such a huge market for counterfeited goods. Not only the vendors, but also the copyright owners are responsible.

I would not buy counterfeited software at all, if it was available and affordable, but I currently have to pay the same for a private Microsoft Office pack, as a small business, even though I only need to write one page (in Word) a month.

  6. well if this accurate there will be a pcx 150 for sale, and yes of course there will be bigger tyres if not, its cheap enough to buy quality bigger tyres, as i have done for the PCX 150.

The 2013 Forza has a 13" wheel in the back and a 14" wheel in the front according to this website. A trunk for 2 helmets sounds really nice.

What kind of quality bigger tyres did you buy for your PCX 150? I am currently looking for new quality tyres for mine.

Chinatown has a better selection and pricing. Michelins and Perelli's. Did I spell Perelli's correctly?

Are you sure that the Michelin and Pirelli tyres in Chinatown are not counterfeited? Lots of counterfeited tyres in Thailand, is the information in many forum´s.

Do you by any chance have an name and an adress of the supplier in Chinatown?

  7. In "Paradise Park" shopping mall (Srinakarin Road) in Bangkok, and probably several other places, there are containers set up, so that people can donate their older and currently useless it equipment. Someone will repair all the donated items (if possible), or use these as spare parts, for the benefit of training students in computer repair and help poor people in Thailand, who can´t afford to buy it-equipment. I have personally already donated several things and strongly hope, that others will do the same.

The new Forza 300 has now officially been presented to dealers in Thailand. Just waiting for the price and exact release date. I still believe mid January / next week.

Unfortunately it looks like, that we will have to wait until March, to get a ride on the Forza 300. Only a brochure (not for keeps) was available in the shop. The colors will be red, white and black only, as for the PCX, so I will go for the black color.

The dealer told me, that it will be produced in Thailand, so this means a much more competitive price.
